We could not have been happier with the care that Joanne showed our cats. Seeing our cats on the photos and videos Joanne sent us gave us great confidence that they were being looked after. Not only did she deal with feeding, water and litter, she spent time playing with them and gaining their trust. We recommend Joanne very highly for her professionalism and great love for cats.

We were anxious to leave our 6 month old kittens for the first time but we need not have worried. Jo treated our kittens with great love and care, followed our feeding instructions perfectly, and spent time gaining their trust and playing with them, even supplying her own toys for them. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jo as she was charming and very conscientious with an obvious passion for cats. The videos and photos she sent were really comforting.

Joanne is an absolute gem of a person. When my cat very unexpectedly fell ill (by his own fault) she stepped up and took care of my cats like her own. She went above and beyond what was expected and acted with compassion & proactively took steps to ensure their well-being and safety, even taking my cat to the vet in an emergency, liaising with the doctors and dispensing all required medications. It is because of her that we could have some peace of mind being so far away. Rest assured your pets will be well taken care of with Joanne, as she genuinely cares for all animals. I would recommend her without a doubt.

Jo has been brilliant with my two boys. Every day she took new toys round to give them some stimulation and play time, she brushed them and gave them the attention they like. When we got home she had left them a little goodie bags each, with a toy, a treat, some photos and a little figurine. It was very sweet. She left great notes every check in and uploaded a good selection of photos. I really felt like my boys were in good hands and that gave me a lot of reassurance that they were being well looked after.

This is the second time we have used Jo. She is so caring towards Felix and gave us regular detailed updates

We were absolutely delighted with the drop-in visit by Jo. She has experience looking after cats and was aware of Felix’s needs who is on thyroid medication, and even suggested and brought over a couple of packs of Lick-e-liks to help Felix take the medication. Communication was fantastic, we received updates, photos, and videos of her visit.

Joanne was amazing at taking care of our cat. She always made sure that our cat had enough food, a clean environment, and engaging toys. We appreciated that Joanne always interacted with Fifi and sent us pictures and videos of how Fifi was doing. She also sorted out some small issues in the house, so we knew both the cat and the house were in trusted hands.

Jo looked after Liquorice wonderfully for us - lots of updates and we came home to a happy boy! We’d be happy to trust her to look after him again in the future :)

Jo was so friendly and clearly loves animals, she made sure my cat had a clean litter tray, was well fed, also played with him and brushed him.
