My very sensitive dog was so sad at the kennel. So we did the drop in visits. Jen visited him 3 times per day, including walking him once per day, gave him daily medication, fed him and cleaned his bowls. The house was tidy, mail picked up, trash cans brought up. It was above and beyond what I expected. I can not recommend the drop in visits highly enough. For him, I think it was seamless. He was his normal self when I returned. And it was comforting to see his “report card” every visit. Jen is amazing!!

Jennifer was fantastic! We had to fly back to PA for a funeral, so we had to schedule last minute. She was super accommodating and worked with us on the check-ins for our chocolate lab. Max had a great time with her and she provided great notes and pictures. Jennifer even brought in our mail. I would recommend her to anyone I know and will definitely use her again. She makes sure your puppy is happy and well taken care of.

Very positive experience for me and my pup! Jen had excellent communication skills, and with the pictures in the app, I didn’t have (much) anxiety. She has great dog knowledge. She actively listened, and had great suggestions. My standoffish dog warmed up well. This was very successful for my dog and family.
