Our dog, Harper, loves to go stay with Heili and Otto! I can completely relax, knowing that she is being well-cared for and is having fun. I highly recommend Heili!

Heili and Otto are amazing! I left my pup for the first time for over a week. I was a bit nervous but Heili helped my pup settle in smoothly. Heili was very patient in taking her in leading up to my vacation. She offered great advice and support. I loved the daily photos and videos that helped ease my mind. My pup always looks forward to going to her house; she always comes home tired & happy. I highly recommend Heili and Otto. My pup will definitely be back at their house!

This was our first experience trying Rover for our two dogs and Heili was fantastic! She picked up Oakley and Bella for the weekend, updated us on how they were doing on their first adventure away from home and sent pictures of them each day. They looked like they were having lots of fun at the park! We felt totally comfortable leaving the dogs with her and were able to enjoy our weekend away. She even dropped them off at home for us at the end of their stay. Will definitely book Heili again!

Heili was amazing with Jagger! I felt 100% confident leaving my dog with her, and didn’t worry about him at all. She sent daily updates and pictures which my family loved. I can’t recommend Heili enough, she’s fantastic!!

As always a perfect experience! Gigi has been with Heili a couple of times before. When I dropped her off for boarding this time, Gigi nearly tore my arm off to get to Heili! Gigi has a ball and loves Otto to play with. I never worry about Gigi’s care as I know Heili cares for her as her own. Your dog will never be bored as they are walked and have park time daily. Even in this frigid cold weather they get to enjoy a little run time. Thank you again Heili and see you next month!

My dog had a blast during this weekend at Heili's! It was way more than just a place to be boarded on! Had a walk in the park, the company of friends and fun! She felt right at home!

Our goldendoodle Ruby stayed with Heili and Otto for a week while we were on vacation, and I can't recommend her enough. Ruby came home clean, happy, tired, and well loved. Just like at home, she was treated like a member of the family. Heili is lovely, and sent us updates and pictures every day. Thank you so much Heili and Otto!! Ruby misses you already!

This was my first time leaving my dog with anyone so I was a little nervous. I need not have worried. My girl settled in quickly at Heili's home. Heili texted a daily update with photos and

Vitto and Frida seemed right at home with Haili! She communicated with us regularly and sent us pictures so we'd know what our dogs were up to! She has a great set up in her home with lots of toys and places for the dogs to get comfy! Our dog Frida is shy and can be fearful in new places, but she was good with Haili and her dog Otto! Would definitely recommend Haili.

We couldn't have been happier with our dog's stay in Heili's home. We chose Rover, because we couldn't find a boarding centre in Calgary that we thought would give our dog the combination of outdoor activity and personal attention that she's used to. Heili took our dog on lots of adventures, kept us posted with photos, and really made our dog feel at home. We are so happy with how she cared for our dog - and how easy and quickly she communicated with us - we would recommend her to anyone!

Our 10 month old puppy had his first sleepover with Heili. She kept us updated on progress across the 24 hours and he clearly loved her toy collection! Thank you for accommodating him.
