Norman took very good care of our Am. Bulldog Bella. It was her first stay away from home. He sent photos of her and she looked to be very calm and content. A lot of times during the summer months, Bella has skin allergies and hot sspots from itching. She came home looking good. Thanks Norman, we will be back!

Norman was flexible with our schedule and Rosa Mae seemed to be happy.

This was our first time using this service and a first sending ours to sitter. Norman made us feel comfortable and confident she would be fine. He sent us pictures as well. It was easy and very convenient. Two Thumbs Up Norm we will be calling you again.

Our black lab, Gus, stayed with Norm for four nights and had a blast! Norm is definitely a dog's best friend. He did so much more than just "watch" him while we were out of town- he played with Gus, engaged with him, and let Gus shadow him around his daily routines. We will definitely call Norm again.

Norman had his hands full for two full weeks with our "people needy" goldendoodle Jethro. He took great care of him and Jethro looks and acts like he had a great time. Poor Norman is going to need a vacation after our vacation! He is great with owners and dogs and we are glad we found him to be our dog caretaker.

Norm was easy to deal with and he took excellent care of our 2 small dogs.

Norm is a kind man, and I can tell my lab mutt was treated well by the tail wagging and happy response running back and forth from us to him at pick up. He went out of his way to accommodate our travel mishaps over the holidays (delayed flights back into town / car battery needed jumped). The only reason it fell short of a full 5 stars was because (as some other reviews pointed out) the house is messy (Norm keeps a bachelor pad - not that the dogs mind, but some Rover users might). If a safe environment with a true dog lover and a happy pack to hang out with is what you are looking for, he is your man. Would recommend and personally use again!

Norm has had several dogs each time I have dropped off and picked up Sage. He obviously has experience with training dogs and has complete control of the dogs visiting his home. Large and small breeds both have greeted us at the door full of excitement. Sage has stayed with Norm over 5 times and will be visiting again very soon. I left sage with a different provider prior to meeting Norm and was not pleased with her care. The second time I took sage to his house she jumped out of the truck and went straight up to the door before I could put her leash on. I don't bother with the leash anymore, obviously she likes her visits.

Abusive! Absolutely horrible and abusive to MY dog and, the others that was in his care. This man should be shut down, i witnessed it with my own eyes as well as my two kids. If you had your little dogs from june 21 to the 25 i saw him how he picked them up from their necks and threw them in the cage. In the room, house smells horrible of dog pee. And my dog was sleeping on a bed saturated in urine and he smelt like it too. And it looks he didn't feed him like. I indicated because i left TWO FULL containers, and he returned one contaniner 1 3/4 full containers. My dog was scared and it took TWO full hours to be himself. And I'm giving this review so no other will get abused like mine was. He is absolutely disgusting towards how he treats the dogs!!! After we left there we decided to make a report, PLEASE DO NOT STAY WITH THIS MAN!

Terrific! Tanya took to Norman immediately and made herself at home right away. Norman has a wonderful way with dogs and I was comfortable leaving my dog with him. Highly recommended!

Chloe enjoyed staying at Norm's. He did a good job with her and sent pictures throughout the stay. We will have her stay there again!

Norm was so great! I could tell Nike really enjoyed himself. He sent pictures and updates regularly and communicated well with us. He treated our dog as his own - which is such a comfort when you're away from your pup! Much better option than a kennel. Will use again for sure. Thanks, Norm!

Norman is the best! Our dog is always happy to see him and from the pics he sends me, has a great time while there. She loves playing with Norman's dogs, going for long walks, and getting the special attention she gets at home. Always a great stay for cookie norm really loves and cares for his guest.

Sadie seemed to have enjoyed herself a lot. Norm would send m pics every time I sent a message asking about her. She came home very tired.

Misha was with Norman for 6 hours and had a great time. Norman is a dog person and treated Misha like one of his own. Misha will be back with Norman next week.
