My girls had a lovely time with Franchezka and Ollie. They were well cared for, walked plenty and given lots of cuddles. Franchezka and Ollie also sent some lovely photos (better than any we've ever managed to get of the two dogs together!). Would highly recommend.

Fran and Ollie looked after our nervous mini dachshund extremely well. It was the first time away from family and they were very accommodating, caring and clear with communication. 100% recommend!

Cannot recommend enough. We are so pleased. Our senior dog has multiple health issues that mean its a bit more complicated to look after him. This did not phase them at all. This is the first time we have had a non family member look after him. So initially we were anxious what he would be like. We needn't have worried. When we collected our dog he was so incredibly chilled and could tell he was happy and sounds like he was no issue. Would definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend Franchezka and Ollie highly enough! They took such wonderful care of my dog, River, on very short notice, and truly went above and beyond. From the start, they set up a WhatsApp group to keep me updated, sending regular messages and photos which really put my mind at ease. Their communication was absolutely brilliant, and they worked with me to find times that suited all of us — which was especially appreciated given how last-minute my request was, which meant we couldn’t meet beforehand due to time restraints. It’s clear they genuinely care and are incredibly thoughtful and reliable. River was in such good hands, and I’m so grateful for everything they did!

Franchezka and Ollie, looked after our greyhound for 5 days and were great with him, he was well looked after and given the best of care and attention. We received regular pictures during the time we were away which we really appreciated. We will have no hesitation in booking them again in the future.

Thanks to her gentle care, my dog, who is a little shy and small minded, looked relaxed from the start! She sends me lots of photos and her response time is very quick, so I feel very confident in asking her to look after my Komo! I would definitely ask for more in the future!

Fran was great with our three month old puppy. It was his first time with a Dogsitter and he seemed to have a great day. Fran gave us lots of photo updates and messages about how he was getting on. She checked in on how we were doing things and the commands he knew. Would highly recommend.

Our dog Millie has just spent two night’s boarding with Fran & Ollie firstly they are a lovely couple who only have your pet interest at heart, they looked after Millie extremely well & kept us updated on Millie throughout her stay with them , they went above & beyond to make her stay comfortable & happy.. we will definitely be using them again in the near future..

Franchezka and Ollie were the perfect people to watch Ruby while I was away! They gave some time in our introductory meeting to allow her to feel more settled and relaxed. On top of multiple daily walks and ensuring they met all of her dietary needs or routines, they went the extra mile to help Ruby build her trust, as she is a wary and somewhat anxious dog. I got several photos, videos and messages throughout my trip which made me smile and reassured me that my dog was thriving. Ruby was more confident around people and dogs after her stay with them too. I will definitely board Ruby with them for future trips and strongly recommend to anyone. Thanks again, Frollie!

Franchezka and her partner olle are hands on. Even though she got stuck in a last minute situation (she was continuously communicating with me), so her partner came instead. They are both such a lovely, and friendly couple, and really dedicated. Coco was very comfortable going with Olle and seemed very happy.

Franchezka is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our furry friend Aggy! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with Aggy! When we came home after our long day at work our dog was relaxed and happy. Franchezka and Ollie are wonderful, kind and dog passionate sitters. It’s a relief to know your dog is with not only someone responsible and safe, but who also loves dogs. We had lots of updates, he ate all of his food (which he wouldn’t even do at home!), had plenty of play time and walks and came back exhausted so I know he had a good and enriching time. Our dog is rehomed and can be a bit cheeky but they understood his needs and managed it well. I would recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.
