What can we possibly say about Erica besides she is an absolute amazing sitter for our boys. We have been using her for a little over 2 years and I’m pretty sure our boys couldn’t be happier anytime she’s available to watch them. She goes above and beyond with them even when it’s just a simple over night stay. Her availability, personality, skills etc are why we always choose her! When we go away for any extending period of time, we never have a worry with her there. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter!

First time ever booking house sitting via Rover. I booked for 2 dogs and one cat which Rover charged to my credit card immediately upon booking. My cat died and I notified the sitter immediately and she contacted Rover for a refund. Rover charged me $40 cancellation fee & did not refund after I contacted them directly. That’s pretty cold since the cat died; I did not cancel the remainder of the booking. Erica sent me frequent photos & updates about my dogs so I was satisfied with that but will never use Rover again.

Erica did a great job with my big boy. He’s a tugger and she handled it really well. She was very communicative & took great pictures.
