Erica was awesome. George had a surgery the week before Erica came over. She was so kind and reassuring. I felt more secure leaving him when I went to work. I could tell she genuinely cared for him. I definitely recommend Erica!

Erica was fantastic with our pup! She really cares for and loves animals - our pup had a cough while he was with her and she let us know right away and took such great care of him. She sends loads of pics and videos while we were away and he looked so happy. We had her groom Blitz before we got back and he looked so handsome! She takes her time and works with your pup if they’re anxious about grooming. Definitely coming back for both boarding and grooming! Thank you Erica!!

Erica sends me pictures of Yankie while in her care so I know that he is doing OK. Yankie had a great time and I'm happy that even though Yankie is with a care of someone else, he had the homey atmosphere that he won't get on a big Dog Daycare/Boarding.

Goldie seemed happy with her stay! One note- we did not see any part of the space she would stay in before the stay. We did get photos and feedback though. Excellent grooming service provided!

Erica was great! She did a wonderful job communicating with us and sending updates. She is also a fabulous groomer! It was a wonderful perk to be able to pick up Mocha as she was not only happy, she was clean. Cannot say enough positive things about Glam Pet Spa & Erica. I was really nervous to leave my anxious pup with anyone after taking on a new job and crazy schedule. She not only accommodates my crazy schedule, but Rosco LOVES going to his other home away from home. Erica provides me with updates all throughout the day & welcomes Rosco as if he were one of her own. Super happy & relieved to have found Erica & Pet Glam Spa & of course Rosco’s bestie Maple.

Did such a great job watching both our dogs for the day! Our little chihuahua also loves her dog and gets excited to see her it’s so sweet!

I have to say I usually never board our pup and I get very nervous with my Chance. Erica definitely helped my anxiety with constant updates of Chance while we were gone. She was very flexible with my hours when it came to pick up and drop off. She even groomed him for me while boarding !!!! Literally the best sitter and groomer!!!! I always love to keep a doodle look on Chance (he’s a standard poodle) and yet it is hard to find someone that can understand the doodle cut. Erica definitely worked her magic and Chance was groomed perfectly! Definitely will have her on speed dial for boarding and grooming!!
