Emma was great, arrived on time, looked after the puppy well, all good

The second time we have booked Emma to look after Trixie at this time of year, and Trixie has loved it both times, especially spending time with Emma's parents three dogs. Took photos and videos too, and even gave her a Christmas present. Highly recommended.

Emma is lovely and took excellent care of our dog and home whilst we were away. We had regular updates and our dog seems to have had a great time.

Emma did a fantastic job looking after Beatrix, our labrador and our home whilst we were away in Italy for a couple of weeks. Beatrix had enjoyed lots of lovely walks and was in great spirits when we returned. The house was clean and tidy and everything was in its place. We would highly recommend Emma to anyone in the area.

Emma looked after our dog well, and we had no concerns about his care during the time he was with her, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, she had to cancel a booking at the last minute due to being unwell. While we completely understand that health issues can arise unexpectedly, the cancellation wasn’t communicated in advance, which meant we had to take a day off work at short notice. On a positive note, she refunded the booking promptly, which we appreciated. Communication overall was a bit difficult, with phone calls often going unanswered and messages replied to after long delays. Her approach felt quite casual compared to other sitters we’ve worked with, and the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of professionalism. We’re grateful that our dog was well cared for, but would have appreciated clearer and more timely communication throughout.

We were in Cheltenham for a wedding so only in need of a dog sitter for one night, but we would definitely use Emma again if we end back in Cheltenham. She was very responsive and even did a video call with us before to reassure us and talk specifics. She clearly loves dogs and we got updates throughout the stay. Alfie was very comfortable with her at pick up and we could tell he’d been well cared for!

Emma looked after our three dogs at our home while we were away for 6 days. She provided regular updates and photos of the dogs and the house was just as we left it upon our return. Dogs were happy on our return and looked well cared for. Thank you for taking good care of our pups!

Emma was fab and Tony took to her from the initial meeting. Emma kept me updated with photos and asked any questions if she was not sure of anything! I was away for 4 day and on retuning tony was very happy as he been very well looked after. I would 100% recommend and would definitely approach Emma again in the future if I went away

Leo had another lovely day with Emma! She sent great updates on what they got up to and handles our rescue dog’s quirks really well. She seems brilliant with all dogs, and we’d highly recommend her for dog walking and sitting!

Emma was absolutely brilliant and we couldn’t rate her more highly. Our dog, Eddie, has IVDD which often makes us nervous leaving him with other people but Emma was very attentive and sent us regular updates throughout the day letting us know, all was well! Emma looked after our Chihuahua, cat and house, for three nights. We are so happy to have found her because she is so nice. Professional and personable. We knew our pets were in good hands and we’ll definitely be calling her next time we go away.
