Absolutely did not leave my place cleaner than she found it. Came home to dog pee on the couch and left my other dog with so much water in his crate that he peed all over it by the time I came home. Was unable to follow instructions to take my other dog to potty outside.

My cat is happy and chatty. Can’t ask for more.

Ella was looking after our cat for more than three weeks. Since he is very shy, she only saw him once. But there were unrxpected situations like finding a dead bird in the basement. Ella was very creative, responsible and reliable. After these three weeks we totally trust her with our cat!

I’ve had Ella care for my cats while on vacation a few times and I got wonderful updates with the most adorable photos. They were well cared for, just as I would have done myself. This time I needed help with my elderly Labrador. I had a shoulder replacement and am unable to walk her. Ella to the rescue, she was able to walk her early mornings before the heat. Emma looks forward to her arrival by waiting at the window for her, that’s a clear sign that it’s a match. Thank you Ella!

Ella was very responsive during our initial contact and spent time with us at our house meeting our dogs and getting to know their routine. She sent photos and a report every day during our five days away. She takes dog-sitting seriously as a career and has prepared herself to be a qualified professional.
