Sadly we did not receive the caliber of care it seems is reflected in Dylan’s other reviews. We received no updates with photos or information about how our cat and dog did with Dylan, and when we returned it seemed that many things in the home were in disarray or had not been attended to. Multiple neighbors shared that they never saw him or our dog on walks, and our outdoor cameras indicated that he spent from around 7-9 am to 9-11 pm away from the home each day. When we reached out to ask for context, he denied all of these concerns. I would not trust him with my animals, and will certainly not be using him again. He got 2 stars instead of 1 because the animals were alive and fed when we returned (though they have timed feeding bowls so that doesn’t say much).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dylan is the Ultimate Dog Whisperer! If Chase could write this review himself, he’d probably say something like, “10/10, would stay again—best belly rubs and snack distribution in town.” Dylan sent us updates, handled Chase’s quirks like a pro, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. If you’re looking for a dog sitter who treats your pup like royalty, look no further. Highly recommend—just don’t book him up too much, because we’ll definitely be using him again for our trip to Burbank in July! Thanks, Dylan! You’re Chase-approved. 🐾

Dylan was great! Our first time using Rover and so happy we found Dylan. He was attentive to our dogs and I don’t think we could have found someone better. He kept us posted while we were gone and made us feel comfortable about leaving our dogs with him at the house. Thank you Dylan!

This was the first time we had utilized Rover, and we were going to be 3000 miles away from our dog so we were a little worried. However Dylan put all those fears to rest for us. He even came by for a meet and greet on his own time. Dylan took care of our Kato Husky just as if he was caring for his own! We were thrilled with his professionalism, service and genuine caring nature. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of excellent care for their pet while they’re away. Dylan took absolutely wonderful care of our cat, Theo, while we were away for over two weeks. It’s the longest time we have ever been away from Theo and I was very anxious but Dylan helped me relax and enjoy myself due to his regular updates that included photos and videos. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He’s extremely responsible and very nice and Theo made friends with him immediately.

Dylan was very nice and welcoming to Luna. Responds quickly and gave updates of Luna and how she is doing. Would recommend to other people looking for a dog sitter!

Dylan was took really good care of our dog. We recently took our dog to the groomer just prior to dropping off at Dylan’s. The groomer shaved our dogs tail so short that our dog was scratching and licking her tail and Dylan was kind enough to make sure it didn’t get worse. We will continue to use Dylan for our future dog sitting/board needs. Highly recommend, Dylan.
