This was our first time leaving our dog and we couldn’t haven’t been more at ease whilst away from her. Jess gave us updates daily and lots of photos giving us peace of mind. Jess is so caring and treated our puppy as if she was her own - I would totally recommend Jess to anyone! We will certainly be using Jess in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10000/10 I cannot recommend Jessica (and David) highly enough. She looked after my dog Honey while I was at work this week (despite me being last minute with my request!!!), and from start to finish she was absolutely amazing. Honey has kidney failure and can be quite particular with her food and routine, so leaving her with someone new was understandably nerve wracking for me. Jessica was incredibly accommodating, patient, understanding and considerate of Honey’s needs. When Honey refused to eat on the first day, Jessica didn’t give up on her and instead took the time to gently encourage her, showing so much care and compassion. Throughout the day, Jessica kept me updated with regular messages, photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing Honey was safe, comfortable and being so well cared for. It was clear from every update just how much love and attention Honey was receiving. What stood out most was how genuinely caring Jessica is. She treated Honey as if she were her own and made every effort to ensure she felt happy, relaxed and loved. Honey absolutely adored her time there, and it was obvious from the photos and videos how comfortable and content she felt. Finding someone you trust with your dog is priceless, especially when they have additional health needs, and Jessica exceeded every expectation. I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Honey with her again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, reliable and truly exceptional dog sitter. I left my puppy Joy, with Jess for four nights, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jess kept me updated every day with pictures and videos, which made such a difference as I could see Joy having fun, relaxing, and making new little friends. When I picked her up, Joy came home in such a good mood, calm, happy, and even better behaved than when I left her. It was clear she was really well cared for and genuinely loved. I have left my puppy Ivy, in Jessica’s very capable hands a few times now and hope to continue to do so as she offers the best care and has a genuine love for dogs large and small. We are kept up to date throughout Ivy’s stay with regular messages, videos or pictures which I love and find reassuring. When I came to you, I was apprehensive because I’m so worried and hysterical, but after I got to know you and your home, I had no doubt that my Engie fell in love with you. You gave us all the confidence we needed to leave him with you during our vacation. And that’s exactly how it was—every day, morning, noon, and night—you sent us pictures showing how his night went, how much he ate, how much he drank, what activities he did, how his day was, and who he played with. You truly made us feel like we didn’t need to message or worry or check in to see if everything was okay. And even if we just felt like hearing about him at a certain moment, you always answered. I can't speak highly enough of them! They did some cat sitting at my parents house and took immaculate care of Gary (the cat) and the house in general. Clear communication, very reasonable prices and they seem like really lovely people. I couldn't be more happy with the service they provided!

Raffy had a lovely time and settled in faster than usual. His needs were met and he was well looked after.
