Dana was amazing. She kept me up to date with my fur baby updates. This was my first time leaving him and she made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dana and will be rebooking her.

Dana was kind to Chloe, and Chloe returned home safely, which I appreciate. However, on the morning boarding was scheduled to begin, Dana let me know she had been called into the office and that her brother would be receiving my pup. Because I was uncomfortable leaving my dog with someone I had never met, I changed my drop-off time from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. so I could hand my dog directly to Dana. She thanked me for accommodating the change. Right before my arrival, I texted Dana to let her know my ETA of 10 minutes. She then replied that she was at the nail salon and that her brother would still be receiving my dog. As a first-time client, that was disappointing and left me feeling less confident than I had expected. Also, Dana did communicate with me each day, but I would have preferred more proactive photo or video updates throughout my pup’s stay. There were times with only brief text updates, and no video or picture. While I appreciated the photos and videos, they were almost always sent in the morning. As a first-time boarding client, I would have appreciated updates at different times throughout the day. Overall, Chloe returned home safely, and I appreciate the care she received. However, the combination of the unexpected drop-off experience and the level of communication did not provide the confidence and transparency I was looking for in a boarding experience. For those reasons, I would choose a different sitter in the future.

Dana was a great boarder, very responsive and she kept me informed about Rocky during his stay! She was warm and friendly when she greeted both me and Rocky. Rocky walked right in her home and warmed up to the other dog that was being boarded as well. We will definitely be back for future visits.

We had a wonderful experience with Dana! From the moment we met her, our dog Gio seemed comfortable, relaxed, and right at home. It gave us great peace of mind knowing he was in such caring hands. Throughout his stay, Dana kept us updated regularly and sent plenty of pictures and videos, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that Gio was happy, well cared for, and receiving lots of attention. Dana was professional, communicative, and genuinely caring. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter.

Cuddle Muffin was very well cared for during his stay. He was happy, comfortable, and even made some new friends! I loved receiving the pictures and videos Dana sent throughout his stay…they gave me peace of mind and let me see how much fun he was having. This was a great experience from start to finish. She is professional, loving, and clearly passionate about caring for pets. I highly recommend her and would gladly trust her with Cuddle Muffin again!

Ms. Dana is a great sitter . She took great care of my dog Benji and made sure to stay in contact and update me with photos and videos while I was on my vacation. Ms. Dana took great care of Benji and her home during the boarding services was very welcoming from the first day we and my dog had our meet and greet. Dana took good care of my baby. I think he really liked being with her as he had alot of space to move around. She sent pictures and let me know he was ok, especially because my dog has diabetes im always concerned if to leave him. She was able to give him his insulin just have to learn the strip reader. Overall great experience would book again.

Excellent communicator, responsible, flexible, thoughtful, caring and took excellent care of our dog. She sent a video of our dog in her kitchen and porch acting as if she was at home. This warmed my heart to see her allowing our dog to feel at home in her house. This was our first time using an online dog sitting service and was a little afraid. But, because of all the attributes listed above, we believe Ms. Dana is trustworthy and hope she will become our dog’’ permanent sitter.

Ms.. Dana has been amazing since the beginning. Our meet and greet was scheduled promptly and upon arrival she had a welcome poster with our pup’s name on it. We toured her home and our pup loved it all. He played a little in her yard and home as we talked. I had many questions about her process and she was very patient answering them without hesitation, easing any concern I had. Our first time dropping our pup off, Ms. Dana was sure to send videos, pictures and messages throughout the day. I love this part because it showed our pup happy and energetic as he normally is. It was funny to me because when I thought of me pup a video or picture would pop up from her, coincidentally. When we picked him up she gave a report about how he did, which was super helpful for me. Another time we used her she had another dog there. I was curious how our pup would connect with the other one and it turned out that he did great. Each visit, I leave little instructions with his food and treats and she’s followed them without a problem. We’ve also brought a toy or two with our pups name on it and have always gotten those items back. Because things have gone so well with daycare, we’re trying out boarding with her. I’m certain things will go well as every interaction with Ms. Dana for us and for our pup has been great! I would highly recommend using ms. Dana if you need someone. She loves dogs, cares for them well, has a great space for them to play etc. We will be using her until our pup grows out of her weight range.
