I can't say enough great things about Crystal! She took amazing care of my two Golden Retrievers while my whole family was away for a few days. I'm very picky about who I trust with my precious babies because they can't tell me if something is wrong. She genuinely cared about them. She has excellent communication and kept me updated throughout our trip with lots of photos and messages. I really appreciated knowing how they were doing every day, it gave me so much peace of mind. On the very first day, my 8-year-old girl got sick from the stress of us being away. She unexpectedly threw up and had diarrhea, and I was honestly so worried. Crystal handled everything with so much care, patience, and love. She kept me informed, comforted my girl, and made sure she was well taken care of. Thanks to Crystal's extra attention and loving care, she started feeling much better. Crystal is also incredibly flexible, reliable, and so easy to communicate with. She was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. It is such a relief to have found someone I can fully trust with my dogs. They came home happy, healthy, and clearly well loved. That means everything to me. I highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and dependable dog sitter. I am so thankful to Crystal for taking such great care of Ember, who came home happy and ready for a big nap! This was the first time I’ve left Ember with someone outside of the family, and Crystal's updates were great and very reassuring - taking away any anxiety I might have had. She also handled a rainy-day drop-off with a half-wet dog very kindly which I am extra grateful for. I would definitely trust Crystal with Ember again!

Crystal was great with Winston and was very communicative with us during his stay. She sent us videos and pictures to share how he was doing. She also took him to the dog park which Winston loves so much. I would definitely recommend Crystal and would have her watch Winston anytime.

Crystal took excellent care of our dog Murphy. He was petted and made comfortable in Crystal’s home and enjoyed walks with Crystal, her sister and sister’s dog Katie. Murphy is a rescue we’ve had since June 24 so we are working on socializing him. His overnight with Crystal was extremely helpful. We’ll definitely approach Crystal again for dog-sitting. We had a great experience working with Crystal. She sent regular updates and photographs and took excellent care of Maple. She even made Maple a blanket fort to help her feel more comfortable during a thunderstorm! I'd highly recommend Crystal as your next dog-sitter!

Crystal's care was perfect for our 8yr old medium sized mixed-breed rescue fella. Benny obviously enjoyed himself - Crystal sent us pictures of Benny at play, walking, lounging and enjoying his treats. Our meet-n-greet went perfectly. All timing worked out. This was my first time using Rover to meet a pet-sitter and the experience was perfect. Big thanks to Crystal and she knows that I'll look to have Benny stay with her again in the future.

Crystal is very sweet. Sawyer was pretty nervous at the start but really seemed to warm up. He came home happy and relaxed. That tells me he felt happy and safe with Crystal. Would recommend.

Crystal took very good care of Scooby, she kept us updated about his food and his play, she also sent us pictures and videos of him to keep our mind stress free and be able to enjoy our trip. We liked how she cared for him as one of her own and would definitely be going back to her in case we need to leave him again.
