Very nice and dependable. She worked hard to make friends with my shy kitty.

Cheyenne was wonderful as always. We had a change of plans with very short notice and Cheyenne graciously helped us out. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to go the extra mile. We were able to go on vacation knowing that our pets were getting great care.

I love all the pictures Cheyanne gave! It looks like Chewy had a blast, not only with a walk, but just a fun time in the backyard. So thankful for her willingness to plug us in!

This was our first time booking through Rover, and I am so grateful we found Cheyanne - she was wonderful to work with from start to finish! She is very caring, knowledgeable, patient, and reliable. Cheyanne was great with our two cats and two dogs, and sent us regular updates and pictures. It gave us tremendous peace of mind to know they were so happy and well cared for while we were away. We recommend her highly, and without reservation!

Very friendly and was on point with caring for my high energy husky!

Cheyanne is the best! Cheyanne stayed at our house and cared for our two labs. It was obvious they loved her! Cheyanne sent pictures multiple times a day and kept in contact with us. We did not worry once about our poochies and Cheyanne earned a 5 star rating! Thanks Cheyanne! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love Cheyanne! She sends lots of cute pics and we feel very comfortable with her taking care of our senior pup.

Cheyene did a great job watching all our fur babies and that is no easy feat since our younger grand pup is definitely high energy. She sent us tons of pictures and even volunteered to water my vegetable plants that she noticed I had out on our patio table. She is highly dependable and it is so nice to be able to go away and have no worries that out animals are receiving the same care that they would if we home with them.

Thank you for stepping up last minute.😊😊

Cheyanne was a wonderful house sitter to my two cats! She started by staying the night to help transition my anxious cat into my extended vacation followed by extended (multiple times per day) drop-ins. After our meet-and-greet I felt very aligned on goals and expectations (active play time, when she'd be at the house, all the treats they want while we're gone, etc) and was comfortable booking. Cheyanne's communication exceeded any I've had with other Rover sitters! Throughout the stay she sent photos, video clips, and written updates (each time she visited! no waiting for the daily Rover cards even!) that really made me feel happy for my cats and let me relax during my vacation. They received all the attention, play, and treats I was hoping they'd get. I've already re-booked with her!

A dependable friend for my pup, thanks again!

Cheyanne took excellent care of Olive! She was on time, great communicator, and very personable. I will definitely be booking again!

On time, text photos and updates.

Cheyanne did a great job. She seemed to genuinely enjoy the dogs! It is a lot to take care of a puppy and a geriatric dog. She sent us plenty of pics!

On time, texted photos and a video.

Great communication and the dogs had the best time! Would definitely have Cheyanne help out anytime

Cheyanne was super communicative & sweet. She took great care of our senior dog. Would definitely book with her again!

Unfortunately, I did not have the greatest experience. When I met with her, I felt comfortable and confident that things would go well with house-sitting while I was on my cruise and leaving my 6-month-old puppy behind for the first time. I explained her schedule in detail and showed her the room where she could sleep, however, I also let her know that she did not have to stay overnight as long as she finished the schedule at 10pm/11pm. During my cruise, a lot of red flags came up such as showing up late, leaving for several hours, and leaving early, according to my front door ring cam. Not to mention that I explained that my pup doesn't have a trained recall yet and to be careful with her running away, she clipped the leash on the ring for the tags rather than the collar rings and broke loose but thankfully didn't run away and was brought in safely. I asked that the next day she tried to come in on time and she was a little late still. Then she was gone for a couple of hours again, she explained that she had an appointment, and that she hadn't given her meds at 8:30am, only when she returned which was closer to noon could she feed her the pill pocket. Then I realized that I haven't seen her take her out on walks according to the front door ring cam and learned that she is taking her to the back yard which I had explained, she won't go in the yard, that she needs potty walks and hasn't been taking her on any walks, and informed her that she needs to be walked to go potty and to walk quickly around the culdesac. Then I asked her for a longer walk around the neighborhood, becaues the outings were literally 2 minute chances to potty, after I asked her to walk around the neighborhood, which she did and came back after 10 min. Then my wife and I were feeling bad for our pup so we kindly let her know that typically we take her on a 20/30 minute walk once or twice a day and asked if she could walk her for a little longer, and that's when she told me that my puppy is low energy and doesn't need walks and that she doesn't seem interested in walking, and that she could rough it out ONLY if she charged me for walks through the app on top of house sitting, and that they are not included in house sitting and that the price I'm paying is just not enough for what I'm asking for, (though this is the most I have ever paid for house sitting plus the additional puppy care fee) and said, otherwise, that I should consider making other arrangements WHILE I WAS ON A CRUISE where I didn't have easy internet access. I was trying to be patient but that was the last straw for me and got extremely lucky with a new sitter with hours notice on Rover that exceeded my expectations, stayed the night, and I never had to question the new sitter even once and felt so comfortable for the remainder of my trip. The new sitter messaged me such positive messages and pictures of them playing, and walking without me having to ask for any updates or special requests. So ultimately it worked out but I've never experienced anything like this on Rover in the past so this was a disappointment. It's hard for me to leave a review like this, ever, on any app, I have a guilt concious writing this right now, and took me a while but my wife insisted that I provide an honest review, and I gave extra stars in the rating than I felt deserved because I feel bad but going through this during a vacation was rough, and to put the cherry on top, she sent a message letting me know how vigorous my schedule was even though it was barely even followed. To be transparent, my pup is potty training and has more walks than usual per day, not long ones, 6 potty walks, so yes, a little more than usual which I mentioned on our meet and greet. I asked for one longer walk per day to get her energy out (It never crossed my mind that it would be a lot to ask considering sitters usually just do it), 2 feedings per day, 2 pill pockets per day and that was a "vigorous" schedule for her even though I'm paying a high house sitting rate, and extra for puppy care and she didn't even have to stay the full night and was leaving earlier than agreed on. Oh and asked to water my Christmas tree which wouldn't be a big deal if there was an issue with that one, but it was never mentioned. Last but not least, if there is something that will prevent you from properly caring for pets and walking them, and delivering on pet parent expectations, then that should be conveyed upfront before the pet parent leaves for their trip, not during or after. I am sorry about this review but I felt like it warranted an honest review considering the situation we were obligated to deal with during our trip after leaving a pup behind for the first time.

Cheyenne is an excellent pet sitter. She is nice, responsive, and professional. I needed a reliable person to take my dog out while I work, and Cheyanne was the answer! You can tell she loves animals and will treat your fur baby as her own. My dog had a small abrasion on his nose and she cared enough to inform me. Thanks to her, I can stop worrying about moving my work schedule around his bathroom break.
