Casey is so amazing! I work long shifts and she’s very accommodating with hours. She’s always available when I need her, and Gia runs to her door every time I drop her off. I don’t know what I’d do without her!

My dog who is shy and scared of every noise and new situation did great with Casey and her pups.

Casey did a great job with my 2 boys. They stayed with her overnight while I was out of town for 4 days. She gave me updates and pictures. I was confident they were in good hands. I will definitely use her again.

Overall did not have a great experience with Casey. We dropped our dog off at 7 in the morning and I typically will send a message after an hour seeing how my dog is adjusting. I didn’t hear from Casey until 11am- after I messaged her three times and called four times and on the fourth call I got an answer. The excuse was that Casey “was outside.” Which normally wouldn’t raise any eyebrows at that but I hadn’t heard from Casey at all since we dropped him off- 4 hours of zero communication. We also have a Tractive on our dog and could see that he was definitely not outside due to his active minutes. I informed Casey of the tracker before we left. He slept for over 9.5 hours which is NOT usual for him as he is a very active dog. Maybe I am an overprotective parent to my dog and it’s why we don’t leave him with people often- but I was very disappointed with Casey overall. I gave two stars because we did start to receive prompt responses back after we spoke on the phone.

I was in a bind and Casey was a lifesaver in being able to take such great care of my Lucas on short notice. I would certainly trust him in her care again.

We are visiting for 6 weeks from Boston. Our daughter was having a baby and we needed to board our dog for a few days. Casey was more than wonderful!! She was very accommodating with changing the times several times. Milo was very well taken care of and we will absolutely be using Casey again.

Great sitter, communication, and flexibility!

I would give her a 0 if I could. Long story short, avoid this person at all costs unless you like being stressed out before going on vacation or having someone watch your dogs. She confirmed my reservation weeks ago and accepted the money. The night before the stay I messaged her to confirm the stay with my pets.... No answer. The morning of drop-off, I messaged her again... No answer. The next day I was leaving for an 8 day vacation. I called up Rover to help because Casey wasn't responding. They also tried to contact her and she didn't respond to them either. Ultimately Rover refunded my money but I had to scramble to find a new sitter a day before my vacation which added so much stress. She still hasn't responded to me, apologized, or provided any reason for not responding. Ultimately, I'm thankful she didn't watch our dogs because her actions showed how irresponsible and unreliable she is.

Princess had significant weight loss. Casey did not inform me about her eating habits. Upon return home she headed for her cage which is not her normal behavior. I could feel her spine through her skin. Disappointed. Received several staged pictures of her outside using the potty.

Casey seemed to be a great spot for my dog. She communicated well and sent a few photos while we were gone.
