Max and us love them!!!

Buster ALWAYS knows when he is staying with Carlos. The moment we start packing his things, he gets excited. The moment we show up to Carlos' house, he's excited. And then the moment we pick him, he is happy to see us, but sad to leave Carlos. He takes care of Buster with all the love and care we would hope for. Thank you, Carlos!

Carlos did a great job. My puppy felt at home while being with him. He gave me timely updates about my dog. Carlos is very professional and friendly.

Carlos really went out of his way to board my three cats for a long weekend. Both he and his wife were calm and reassuring throughout my first time using rover. The cats were obviously well cared for and transitioned back to our home routines without missing a beat. And, we appreciated videos of happy cats along the way!!

This was our first time using Rover. Carlos and his wife made us feel comfortable with the process. They took care of both of our pups like if they were part of their family. Communication was prompt and they sent us pictures and videos to reassure us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a caring home away from home for their fur babies.

We needed someone to care for our sick dog while we traveled. Carlos and his family nurtured our American bulldog back to great health. We got pics and videos everyday. We felt at ease knowing he was in good hands. They have a little boy who seemed to get along great with our pup. I love the fact that they have a backyard with grass where he could play. Overall great experience and I plan to go back to Carlos next time we need a sitter.??

I absolutely loved my experience with this family. They were kind and playful to our baby girl Izzy. They sent us lots of pictures and videos every single day and always reassured us that she was doing great. We didn’t have any issues they communicated very well and when we picked up Izzy she was sad to leave. We will definitely come to them again in the future when we need a sitter for our Izzy. Btw Izzy is a pit bull and see was excellent with their son.

My 9 week old Golden Retriever Skipah needed to be watched for a week trip I had coming. It was short notice and Skipah is not potty trained. Carlos’s profile popped up as willing and able to take on the job. His reviews were impeccable and after a simple phone interview, Carlos got the job. Carlos and his wife Rocio would send me daily photos and videos with evidence and words of encouragement that everything was going great. My dog was extremely happy and well adjusted when I picked her up. There was definitely a nice bond that was formed between my dog, Carlos’s family and myself. I will definitely be using them again.

what can I say..For the pictures and videos sent while we were away my fur kids seemed like they were having a ball. Roció and Carlos are the best . Definitely will re book with them . Muchas gracias Rocio, you are an Angel !

Carlos was very accommodating to my Boxer. He and his family took care of her together. That was important to build social behaviors. I highly recommend Carlos.
