Birgit & Jason took good care of the kittens and were very thorough during the whole process. It was our first time using roger and we were looking for someone to take care of our 2 3-month kittens right before Christmas. Birgit & Jason was able to accept quickly and guided us to provide the necessary information. Jason came to pick up the keys and met us and the kittens before we left for the trip, which made us very comfortable about the whole process. During their visit, they sent messages, pictures, and videos. Thank you Birgit and Jason for taking great care of our kittens. We’re very likely to come back again for future travels.

Jason and Birgit really made me feel comfortable leaving my cat for a week. It was the first time I was ever away from my cat, and they really recognized that and sent me plenty of photos and videos while they visited him each day. I loved that they actually spent an hour with him each day, rather than the standard 30 minutes. I felt like even though he was left alone the rest of the time, having the hour to be around people and get play time and socialization time really helped my cat be alone for the first time. While Jason came every day, there were a few days where both Jason and Birgit came, giving him even more attention, which he loved. They made sure he got fed and plenty of play time. I even loved that on the day I was supposed to come home, they wanted to make sure I made it home before dropping off my keys, just in case something happened and I needed them to do an extra visit to feed my cat. They made me feel so much better about leaving my cat for the first time, and I am very thankful that I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing he was being taken care of.

Birgit and Jason were absolutely amazing drop-in cat sitters. They were very responsive to my initial request and that carried into their visits as well, as they kept us up to date and thoroughly informed to our cats' dispositions and activities. While they only needed to spend about 30 min each day with the kittens, they stayed a full hour or more each day to really bond with our cats. Our cats are still in their kitten stage so it was lovely they got so much human interaction while we were out for the holidays. Not only did Birgit and Jason feed and play with the kittens, they helped take care of some items around the house such as washing food bowls and emptying the trash once it was full of litter. After their contracted time ended, Birgit checked in with me to make sure the cats were happy and adjusted in their new set up.

Birgit and Jason cared for our 2 six month old cats for a week. It was relaxing knowing the kittens were in such good hands while we were out of town. Thanks so much to you both for your excellent care!

Birgit and Jason were amazing with our one-year old husky. They stayed at our house and looked after our pup Quinn for a week. From our first inquiry on their availability to the end of our trip, the whole process of working with Jason and Birgit was seamless. During their week-long stay at our house they provided us daily updates on how Quinn was doing and sent us creative and fun photos of our pup out on adventures. Quinn has some separation anxiety which made him challenging to look after at times. They were very honest with us when Quinn was acting out so we could strategize together on solutions. We knew Quinn was in the best of care during our week long trip. In addition, they took great care of our house and watered our plants. We would have them look after Quinn again in a heartbeat!

A perfect stay as always from Jason and Birgit! Our dog and two cats really enjoy their time with them, and the house is well looked after!

Per usual, Birgit and Jason went above and beyond the call of duty to care for our cats over the Christmas and New Years holidays. This one included a last minute trip to the vet to heal an infected cat leg. We’re so thankful to have them to watch over our home while we’re away!

Our cat loved their daily visits from Birgit and Jason. They went the extra mile and sent plenty of photos, texts and even checked our downstairs bathroom for leaks during a big rain storm while we were traveling. we would definitely use them again as they were please to deal with and most of all gave the cat all the love it needed.

Jason and Birgit are without question the best sitters we've had the chance to work with. Their communication is outstanding, our pets couldn't be happier to see them, and our house is always extremely well cared for. We'd recommend them for anything!

Birgit and Jason were wonderfully thoughtful, communicative and caring during their stay with our first child, a fourteen-year-old Weimaraner over Thanksgiving. With their care, we never had a concern during our trip, and returned home to a happy, healthy dog and a very tidy house.

Birgit took great care of my sick kitten and administered medicine while I was out of town for a week. This was my first experience with rover.com and Birgit helped put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable during our first meet up. While I was away, Birgit provided thorough daily visit updates and photos via text. So, I knew my kitten was in good hands getting the care and attention he deserved. She even took care of my mail as well. I would recommend Birgit any day for another pet sitting opportunity!
