Sergio and Andrea are always responsive. Sergio told us he has experience taking care of dachshund dogs noting their fragile back and stubborn personality. He was confident during the meet and greet that they can provide care for my dog, promising to ease my dog into their home. He said he can straight up proceed with the boarding request but we decided on a trial 3 hours daycare. It was quickly proven that our dog is not adapting well at their place. Because it was a short stay, we were scrambling to pick up our dog earlier than expected. We noticed on our way home that my dog was hurting on his back. The next morning he was unwilling to move so we took him to the vet. The vet prescribed pain medication and asked us to watch for the development of the injury. A day later my dog was unable to move and lost reflex on his back two legs. He was also unable to urine. We rushed him to Canada West Veterinary Hospital where he received an emergency spine surgery. My dog is now recovering from surgery in strict confinement. It may take 6 months before he recovers, if he ever does. It was a traumatic experience.

Had a quick drop in today and I want to express just how impressed I am regarding Sergio and Andrea's attention to getting things done right. I had been a little concerned with Olive staying in a home with another dog, so we did a preliminary trial for a few hours. Sergio recommended a slow and steady Introduction to the other dogs in their home, in a controlled and precise manner to not over stimulate her. I am happy to say she did excellent apparently! So happy and really looking forward to trying again at Sergio and Andrea's!

Andrea and Sergio took good care of Luna and sent regular updates with photos and videos.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Andrea and Sergio were absolutely amazing with Olive while I was away for 6 days! They did an incredible job taking care of her and always kept me updated with how she was doing, what she was up to, and how her days were going. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and in such good hands. ❤️ They were also wonderful about taking her out regularly and, most importantly, respecting all of Olive’s food restrictions and being very careful with what she could and couldn’t have. I really appreciate how attentive and responsible they were with every little detail. It was such an amazing experience, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care Olive received. I now know I’ve found my go-to people for both daycare and boarding! We’ll definitely be coming back every time. 🐶💕 Highly, highly recommend Andrea and Sergio! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked Cosmo for boarding with Andrea and Sergio for a long weekend. I was a little nervous as it was my first time using a rover but they put my nerves at ease. I got frequent updates including photos and videos. Cosmo returned a happy boy, I will definitely rebook 🙂

Andrea and Sergio looked after our very anxious pup, who generally dislikes anybody she doesn’t know. They were able to put her at ease and were very accommodating with our requests. I would highly recommend them as pup sitters!

We had such a wonderful experience with Andrea and Sergio! This was Olive’s first time going to daycare, so I was a little nervous about how she would adjust. Sergio was incredibly patient, caring, and knowledgeable, and he made sure Olive felt comfortable and safe throughout the day. Olive seemed so happy and relaxed when we picked her up, which made us feel reassured that she was in great hands.
