Ana takes the time to pet and play with my two cats and I can tell from her photos that they are comfortable and happy. That is no small accomplishment given that Bubbles is shy and Murphy is slightly psychotic. :) Thank you, Ana!

Ana was our introduction to using Rover and the combination made for an excellent cat sitting experience. She is extremely sensitive to our needs and caring for our cat during a two week vacation. It began with Ana confirming instructions in writing prior to our departure and continued with cards with a note and photos each time she visited. She is very trustworthy and takes her responsibility very seriously which made us confident our pet was in great hands! We will definitely use Ana again in the future. A shout out to Rover; the app is really great and the structured communication makes for a relaxing five star experience.

My boyfriend and I recently went away for the holidays and really needed a cat sitter! I contacted Ana and she was super responsive and (thankfully) available to check-in on my cats 2x a day. One of my cats has congenital heart failure and needs medicine 2x a day and Ana did an amazing job with ensuring he got his medicine on time. She sent me updates and pictures during each visit and helped make me feel better about leaving my cats behind. I will definitely be contacting Ana again the next time I need a cat sitter and highly recommend her to anyone who needs their dog or cat taken care of!

Ana was such a great sitter for our two dogs. I admit that I was nervous about leaving my furbabies, because they definitely are dogs that require someone very experienced to care for them and she did so wonderfully. They can be a handful but she made it look effortless. She sent photos and/or videos every day with updates on how they were adjusting. Next time we need someone, I'm definitely booking Ana again. All around great experience start to finish.

Ana was an incredibly great sitter for our dog. She kept us posted with just enough information about him, included photos and videos in her updates. I was able to be mentally relieved seeing my dog in such able and kind hands. She also gave us tips on some behavior she observed that could help us. When we picked up our dog, she gave us a doggy repot card, some sweet stickers and a beautiful note. Went above and beyond what we expected and we truly appreciate her commitment to what she does. I would definitely love to have her take care of our dog next time we need. Highly recommend.

Ana took outstanding care of our dogs. She even bathed them the day that we received our dogs back. We could tell upon receiving our dogs back that Ana truly cares about dogs under her care, as she develops relationships with them. We are also grateful that she was so good at documenting how good the dogs were doing with videos and pictures. The reason, however, we are not giving her 5 out of 5 Stars is because of all of the following: Ana claimed that she would let us know when she was 15 minutes away, but she never did. Ana did not show up within our time window of 6-8pm, nor did she communicate with us via a 5 hour and 15 minute span via the Rover app. We began to fear that we would not be able to attend our trip, and we feared that we could miss our flight because we thought our Rover bailed on us. In the middle of our call with Rover customer service at 8:18pm, Ana finally communicated that she was on her way. She would eventually arrive at 8:40pm. She was friendly and nice upon meeting her. During our trip, something came up and we thought that we might need additional days for Ana to watch them. It took Ana about 3 hours to respond to that request. Although not her fault, because of that delay, the plane tickets increased exponentially in price to the point where we could not afford to stay additional days. So, although Ana was flexible enough to indeed agree to watch the dogs for more days, the communication delay nullified our original request. On the last day (the day of us receiving our dogs back) Ana had agreed to a 9:45pm drop-off, stating: "just let me know about 15 mins prior to getting home and we'll start heading over." We complied with this 15 minute thing again; we communicated to receive them at 9:04pm. At 9:34pm, she responded, saying "just received this, be there by 10." She did not arrive by 10. At 10:28pm, she responded, saying "sorry so late, be there in 2 mins." She did not arrive until 10:34pm. She was friendly and nice in person, and our dogs were in good spirits. She said goodbye to our dogs and it was obvious that the dogs truly liked her. In conclusion, Ana is an outstanding Rover in that she takes good care of dogs, and obviously loves dogs, but her communications are consistently delayed. The delays are extended- to the point where it causes a little bit of panic. This has forced me to rethink using Rover again in the future. P.S.: Upon trying to call Ana via the Rover app's "Call Ana" button, at various points during our trip, Ana was unable to be reached.

Ana is wonderful! She takes my dog on long walks, plays in the dog park, leaves great notes and photos, and is really responsive to communications

Ana was great! We recently moved to town and hoped to find a dog sitter we could trust and that could enjoy our dog's company as much as we do. We will definitely be seeking Ana out again the next time we have sitting needs.

Took very good care of my puppy he was in good hands and got plenty of exercise during the day while I was at work! Will repeat!
