Ana and Joao were amazing. They responded to my initial ask so quickly and made it very easy to organise everything which was really appreciated. As soon as we met Ana and Joao, Juno was wagging her tail and they made a real fuss of her. Ana sent loads of pics and videos throughout the day and kept a log of all her walks etc. Thanks so much to you both! I’m new to the area so appreciate meeting great local people who clearly love dogs. I’ll be in touch again soon :-) x

Ana was fantastic with Vinny. This was our first time using Rover, and she made the whole experience feel effortless. Her communication from the outset was excellent, and she came across as warm, attentive, and genuinely experienced, which meant we felt completely comfortable leaving Vinny (our miniature dachshund) in her care. Throughout the day, Ana kept us updated with photos and videos, from a few initial nerves to being fully settled and relaxed within minutes. We saw everything from massage therapy to a lovely riverside walk, followed by plenty of cuddles and a cosy movie night. It was clear Vinny felt safe, happy, and completely at home. As first-time Rover users, we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. We’ll definitely be booking with Ana again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her 🐾🫶🏾

Winnie has come back from 5 nights with Ana & Joao and I think she misses them as much as she missed me when I left her. They truly are her favourite dogparents. Thank you both so much for looking after her while I have had so much to do. It’s not an easy job when the weather is so hot but you did everything to make her comfortable. See you Friday 🐾 xx

Winnie has had the best week with Ana & Joao. From the moment I drop her off, she knows their home is her second home and she is treated with love and cuddles. On this particular visit, I was quite anxious because she had been poorly before Christmas and as soon as I explained that, Ana understood and sent plenty of reassuring photos and videos throughout the week to let me know she was doing just fine. I was able to enjoy my trip, knowing she was safe and above all else happy and loved. This is more than dog sitting. For Winnie, this is like a fun week with Auntie Ana & Uncle Joao ❤️ Thank you both & see you soon x

How do you know your dog is going to have a great sleepover? Because she was squealing with excitement by the time we got in the lift and she ran up to greet Ana & Joao as though they were long lost family. Winnie had been suffering with an upset stomach for a couple of days but I felt confident that they would keep an eye on her. I think lots of playing and walking and cuddles seem to have done her the world of good. Like last time, I was sent some absolutely stunning pictures of Winnie along with updates on her adventures. Thank you Ana & Joao. If I could rate you more than 5 stars, I would. We’ll see you again soon x

Winnie has found a new second home with Ana & Joao. I felt so comfortable leaving Winnie with them and didn’t worry at all. A few days before the stay she offered a meet up which was great. Ana asked all of the important questions so that she knew Winnie’s routine. They were also very accommodating when I requested to drop Winnie off a little earlier than planned. They kept me updated throughout the day with photos of Winnie having fun. Winnie fell in love with getting tummy tickles from Joao and Ana should sideline in pet photography because she took some of the most stunning pictures. I was so happy to be reunited with my pup but we’ll be sure to arrange another sleepover soon. Thank you so much 🥰🐾🐶

Ana is absolutely amazing - so professional and caring! Milo had lots of playtime and cuddle time, and Ana was able to manage his high energy levels! Really appreciated the many cute photos and flexible drop off and pick up times too. Would definitely be in touch again for for daycare/boarding 😊

Ana, Is a wonderful sitter. Bella loves being with her and she loves looking after Bella. I am very happy how she cares so much for Bella. I have no concern leaving Bella with Ana at all as I know Bella will be well looked after by her. Rosie

Ana took amazing care of our dog. She is clearly knowledgeable and about dog care from how to engage appropriately with dogs, to ensuring their health and hygiene, to managing them around other dogs. She sent tons of photos and videos and helpful updates. I would trust her to look after our pup any time.

Ana and Joao are amazing, have repeatedly helped me with my dachshund, even in rather complicated scenarios. The Dash adores staying with them and it shows.

Ana was excellent at taking care of Eddie. Communication was excellent both before and during the stay. She made sure Eddie had a really fun weekend with lots of walks and cuddles, even buying treats and brushing her to make sure she was very happy and looked great when we picked her up. I could tell that Ana had lots of experience caring for dogs so anyone should feel very comfortable leaving their pooch with her. Would absolutely recommend and will use again!

Ana and her husband were absolutely amazing! They took such good care of our little puppy and made the whole process so much easier on us all! We couldn’t ask for better care 😊

Ana looked after our puppy for two weeks and gave him the best care! He loved spending time with them and I could tell that they treated him like he was their own, taking extra care of him because he was little and still needed some extra attention and positive reinforcement. I highly recommend Ana.
