Was very helpful accepting my request last minute. Came here for a meet and greet and was very curious about any potential trial issues my dog may have while out on walks. Was very good at communicating when she was coming and when she arrived and even saved me when I accidentally overlooked that she was booked for ongoing walks and a payment was submitted that should not have gone through. Highly recommended from this customer. Hard to find someone willing to take on the challenges of walking a large breed Cane Corso like mine.

Amanda took such great care of our house and dogs! I have an older dog who required medicine and she did a wonderful job making sure he took them. She was patient with them, they’d never had a dog sitter before and she made sure to make them comfortable!

Amanda was GREAT! She kept up very informed on our dogs and even made them lick bowls to keep them entertained. She left our house in better condition than we left it for her which is always a plus. She will be our new sitter going forward. Highly recommend her, this was a great experience for our first time ever using Rover! Thanks Amanda!

Amanda is amazing. She is the best sitter we’ve ever had! She was able to accommodate me super last minute and sent so many photos and check ins to let me know how my boys were doing. She’s such a kind person. I cannot recommend her enough! I’m moving back to Miami soon and will be flying her over to stay with my boys when I have long work trips. Poor communication. Did not follow care instructions. Specifically, she did not scoop the litter daily. I also requested that she sweep the litter from the floor around the litter box. I came home to a full box and litter all over the floor. She left a bag of cat waste, and her carry out food on the floor of my front porch next to the trash can, not inside. My apartment could have fined me for that if they had seen it before I did. She also turned my air conditioner way down, and left it down when she left, and also left my ceiling fan running. Electricity isn’t free. And I strongly suspect that she was not there for much of the agreed upon times. I have cameras in the living room, and I checked them periodically all day one day and she was never there (but the fan was running at high speed). Then she texted me pictures of the cats, and I asked her if she was actually there with them. She told me that she was Just out running an errand. But I’d been checking for the previous 8 hours and she had not been there. Texting pictures of the cats when she was not with them had a dishonest vibe. The next morning, she texted me pictures that were clearly taken the night before (I could see a dark night sky out one of the window in the picture). She also left a pretty gross mess in my toilet. I’ve used Amanda before, and had good experiences in the past, but I will not be using her again.

Amanda did a great job taking care of our fur babies! She kept us well updated while we were out of the country and did fantastic keeping up with our chihuahua’s medications (pills and inhaler). We will be booking with Amanda again in the future!
