Caroline was incredible. Communication from initial booking to the final drop in was the best and she was very reassuring. Kept us updated with plenty of pictures and the paragraphs I sent for his behaviour and attitude did not phase her one bit. This was the first time leaving the dog with someone that isn't family and I could not have asked for anyone better. Will definitely be booking again

Can’t praise Caroline high enough, her communication from the start was so reassuring. Caroline came to our home to look after our wee man and my parents two dogs so that we could all attend my son’s christening. Everything was no problem for her which just put our mind at ease for the day. Thanks again!

Caroline was so wonderful, she sent plenty of photos and told us exactly how Rosie was. Rosie hadn’t been an easy guest as she was up at 2am and got sick twice but there was absolutely not a word of complaint from Caroline as she was just focused on Rosie being ok. Was our first leaving our dog with anyone she didn’t know so I was nervous about it but Caroline and her lovely niece were fantastic.

From the first few conversations, Caroline was genuinely interested in my dogs, Millie and Tilly. Asking their needs etc etc. our first meeting at her home was so relaxed. She let the dogs sniff about while I explained their quirks etc. Caroline’s niece, Ava was there and was so good with the dogs, both came to Ava and Caroline as if they had met them before. When we returned two days later to leave them overnight I got regular updates and photos. I actually was so relaxed k owing their were in good hands. Caroline kindly brought them home the next day and we went for a short walk in my local park, all to allow Caroline and Ava to know where everything was so when I needed them to drop in or walk the dogs they knew where everything was. When the dogs arrived home they we so chilled. I didn’t even get my usual welcome straight away. Millie is 11 and Tilly 9. They have always been left with family but due to circumstances I needed to find someone else. I highly recommend Caroline and Ava. They feel like family now after just one visit. I will have no hesitation booking them again. Caroline is very accommodating and has a genuine interest in caring for our fur babies.

Caroline was a brilliant sitter for teddy he settled really well with her. The second day he was very keen to go to her. I’ve never seen him settle so well so quickly . I’ll definitely be booking Caroline again. 😀

Caroline was amazing and would highly recommend her. We were so appreciative that she was able to look after our dog at short notice. He felt comfortable with her straight away, and whilst we were away on a short break, it seemed that Fox had a wonderful holiday of his own! He was introduced to Caroline’s family and friends, and enjoyed lots of playtime and walks with her. Thank you again, Caroline!

It has been a blessing having Caroline pop in to walk and spend time with my dog on days where i have to work long hours. I receive updates and photos and my dog looks really happy and is very settled when i return home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline.

First time leaving our dogs so we were quite nervous at first! We brought the dogs to see Caroline a few days before we were leaving them with her just to do a brief introduction. I immediately felt at ease and the dogs seemed happy too! We received daily updates and photos from Caroline which was great! We will definitely be using this service again
