Had a great experience with Abigail. She accepted my request last minute and was very friendly, sent lots of pictures and made things very easy!

While our interactions were pleasant we are not confident of the quality of care that was provided. She came back soiled and dehydrated.

Amazing communication, lots of pictures and flexible to even the most demanding schedule. She rolled with all my changes and I came home to a happy dog. Abigail made working over the Christmas holidays stress free.

This was the first time we used Rover and we were a bit nervous to leave our dog with anyone. Abby was helpful and loving to our little dog. She sent pictures and updates helping to further put us at ease. I would recommend Abby and the Rover service to all.

First time using Rover and I had a lot of apprehension. It’s hard to trust someone new with your pet family! Abigail was great, I got prompt responses to my many check-ins and some photos of Poe along the way (sitting near her or out for a walk etc). When it came time to pick him up he was outside with Abigail and some other canine friends whipping around in the fully fenced yard having a great ‘ol time! I will definitely use her again. Thanks Abigail!

This experience was not as great as I would have liked it to be. She did accommodate us when we did need to extend our vacation and have our child looked after longer. I do appreciate that. But she had a very condescending tone when texting which really rubbed me the wrong way. She also thought she told me something which she didn't and became quite rude and then realized she didn't tell me and apologized. I didn't bother her for pictures everyday but expected her to update me. She had a migraine for few days I get that but no need to be rude about it. Not very professional. Will not be using her again.

Abigail agreed to meeting ahead of time so I could see how my dog would behave with her cat. I was able to visit the space, meet her, her cat, her dog, and boyfriend. After a short/medium visit I felt relieved that I had found someone I felt I could trust with my baby. She sent pics and videos over the weekend, keeping my mind at ease. BamBam had no complaints, and neither do I! Thanks Abigail, for doing the honourable job of loving and caring for my baby, as I would. ♥️?

Abigail was great with Che. I had never left him with anyone other than a few friends. He is an older pup that still thinks he is young and Abigail was great at giving him just the right amount of exercise. She sent regular updates and photos that were greatly appreciated. Che and I would both be happy to visit again.
