Twas great to find a boarding services that was available at short notice & replied in 24 hours. Elizabeth was 1 of 5 boarding services who replied to my request within 24 hours. Thats professional business ethics I admire. This place presentation was awesome, clean & organized. Im so glad she didnt demand a pre meet & greet appointment as there was another boarding service that does & I needed a boarding service that was ready to accept my request for Scout. Now, Ill admit, the drive out to this boarding service is very long, time consuming as its off Mosquito Rd & the last 12 miles if rough, windy & narrow roads with at least 2 narrow bridges, plus the Mosquito Rd sign is missing (caused me to pass the road twice). Though boarding services is within Placerville, the only way to travel is on Rock Creek Rd to Mosquito Rd. I enjoyed how Elizabeth kept in touch via updates of Scouts activity & adjustment to surroundings & awesome photos. Scout had a good time & Elizabeth took good care of my boy. He did smell when picked him up. Would've been nice if Scout had a bath. Grateful for Elizabeth boarding services & quick reply in less than 24 hours. Id recommend this boarding service. We had an amazing experience with Lis watching our dog and two cats while we were away on vacation for over a week. She provided us with multiple photo and text updates throughout our trip which were awesome to receive! Her property is the perfect place for dogs and cats alike. Our dog Maui had tons of room to run around and play with other pups and our cats had their own room with a catio, automatic litter box, cat tree, and more. Lis is the real deal and was very professional and responded quickly to any inquiries we had while away. We recommend her 100% and will definitely be booking future stays!

Elizebeth is amazing. She took care of my dog Sully and my cat. I have never taken my cat anywhere before but she is getting older and needed more attention. Elizabeth took such great care of her. I could relax on my vacation and not worry. Sully my dog also had a great time. He loves it there. I could tell he felt right at home when we did the meet and greet. Elizabeth sincerely cares about the animals. I will bring my animals to her again and again!!

Lis was great! Very communicative and you could tell she knows what she’s doing and has a lot of experience with dogs including introducing them to feel safe and comfortable. I’m so happy I chose her to watch Fenway for me, from all the cute pics she sent me I could tell Fenway had one of the best weekends ever running around playing. Will definitely be booking again for my next trip! :)

Elisabeth immediately put me at ease and sent me a few pictures of Tucker for the (hours) & the first few days. He clearly was right at home. I've never been away from my dog before. I just don't go places so this was a very pleasant surprise and I will definitely use her again, she is great !

I highly recommend Elisabeth!! She was absolutely amazing on every level. Always keeping communication with us and sending pictures. Skeeter came home happy as can be. Tired from all the fun he had. Definitely using her again for our next vacation.
