“Lorinda was so sweet and great with Flora. She sent plenty of pictures and her home seemed like a fun place with lots of space for the dogs to run around. If I'm back upstate for family stuff I'd love to have Flora stay with her again!”

“Ashley and her family are kind, dog loving folk who leave you completely assured that your pet will be treated like family; which is exactly what happened! They even gave my food fussy Aussie butter bread! (her favorite treat). :>)”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care that Viviane provided for my dog while I was away. She is reliable, communicative, and very accommodating. She also sent regular updates and photos/videos of my dog.”

“I was very anxious about leaving any of my dog with a sitter, as I have never left any of them with anyone before. I was very pleased how my fur family was taken care of, (he definitely goes above and beyond for your babies) I would definitely recommend him as well as use his services again in the future.”

“Morghan did a great job. I received pictures throughout my pets (Herbie) stay with her. Herbie made new doggy friends and had a great time. I will be using her services in the future. Thanks again!! A++”

“Thomas was the perfect sitter for Beauty. She does best with someone who will let her sleep outside or in the garage and just be around. She seemed so happy and got to go on some little local trips. Thomas sent pictures daily with updates which was perfect for me.”

“Charlene took GREAT care of my Westie/Daisy for over a week. Charlene is a kind and caring person and was a pleasure to meet. She is extremely accommodating, responsive and responsible. Best of all, she ADORES caring for pets and it shows. I highly recommend Charlene. You will rest easy knowing your precious pet is in her care. I did!! Thank you Charlene!! You’re the best!”

“Francine was excellent with our two beagles. This was my first time with a dog sitter, and my wife and I were quite nervous, however were reassured very quickly. My wife and I are paid emt’s and have unpredictable work schedules. Francine is flexible, understanding and treated our pups like her own. She updates you throughout the day, and took my hyperactive two pups on long walks that are much needed. Thank you for not only being a sitter, but a friend to my two pups. I highly recommend francine to anyone, because she is the best!! After coming home after 12 hours at her house my two are snuggled in bed fast asleep. Way to go francine!”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid, having many pets growing up. I have volunteered in the animal care center at Greenburgh nature center where I got to care for a variety of reptiles and mammals. I have dog sat many family friends dogs, and also walked dogs for families I've babysat. Most recently, I worked at the Hudson Valley Humane Society Shelter where I mostly worked with farm animals and dogs, and is where I met and adopted my sweet boy named Suka. I currently am working in Ithaca 6:30-3:00pm and have the afternoons available I would be able to work in the Ithaca area or surrounding all the way to Truxton (where I currently live). Come this September I will have Wednesdays and Weekends completely available. I live on 5 acres, with plenty of room to play. I will always keep your pet on a leash or make sure there surrounding area is gated in so no one escapes. Having a husky, I am well versed on being prepared for escape artists.

“Chantal was a fantastic sitter for our puppy, who struggles with separation anxiety. She provided exceptional care, making him feel right at home and showing remarkable patience throughout his overnight stay. Her dedication and kindness were truly comforting to us. We highly recommend Chantal to anyone seeking a caring and attentive pet sitter. We're grateful for her service and will definitely seek her help again.”

About: I carry poop bags & treats on me at all times. I have common vet meds memorized. I own plastic syringes. I have carriers in my car. I’m on a group text list for emergency wildlife rescue. I spend my off hours volunteering at a shelter for cats that also spays/neuters dogs. lol, hi, I’m Eli. I will care for your pet with so much patience, empathy, care, space (if needed), cuddles (if they are asking for it), or whatever is appropriate. Animals can do no wrong out of evil or malice in MOH eyes, they just need guidance and love and help! My biggest flaw as a sitter is that I tend to over communicate as a baseline — usually out of confirming their health / safety first — but I can discern what is an emergency and send summarized updates (i.e. by night or by weekend if housesitting longterm, for example.) So feel FREE to set a boundary; you can’t hurt my feelings. Just let me know how to reach you (message or call) & for what. My husband care for our cats if I need to house-sit, otherwise, this is my full-time gig lately and I absolutely love it! It’s my calling. 🥰 I leave a place better than I found it; I am highly polite and respectful and would never disrespect a client’s home; I treat it like I’m a guest on my best behavior of course!

“Briana and her family took very good care of my pup. My dog was very happy to live on there farm and play with their dogs and cats. It was her first time meeting other farm animals. Briana kindly picked her up and dropped her back off at my apartment in Syracuse. She had even washed my dog before returning her home. I received pictures of my dog playing and being happy daily.”

“Cassandra was amazing with my Sophia who is an older dog with a few senior issues. We were kept in the loop every day on how she was adjusting to her new sitter ( including pictures) and that made me feel confident we made a great choice. I would hope Cassandra will agree to watch Sophia again when she needs boarding. Anne”

“Candyse and her family took great care of our little dog and cat for a week. She was very responsive, shared pictures occasionally and provided meaningful updates. Her home was comfortable and both animals came home happy and healthy. We will certainly book again when we get the chance.”

“Adriana was amazing! She took care of Denis as he was her own. Provided pictures and updates via text! If we are ever back in the CNY we will definitely be contacting her to watch our boy.”
