About: I have had dogs and cats while growing up and I currently work at a dog boarding facility where I work with dogs or cats with all different kinds of personalities and needs! I am looking to provide house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking! Depending on the day, I usually have full availability and keep my calendar updated. During the months of June and July, I babysit half days so I am looking to do drop-ins or dog walks either in the morning or afternoon! During August, I will be available during weekends and in September, I start online college so I will be available most days! In my home, I currently take care of my 3 cats. I play with them whenever I get the chance. At my work, I take care of dogs and cats and always make sure they are getting activities in during the day!

About: I have over 20 years of experience in the rescue industry. I have fostered many dogs, from puppies to seniors. I have also done a lot of dog sitting for the rescue I am associated with when a foster needs to be out of town on vacation, at a wedding, etc. I love senior dogs. I have helped family members and friends navigate and solve issues with their pets. I have countless friends who I can go to if there is a challenge I am facing. I am super observant and will make sure your pet is always safe when they are with me. I will not leave your pet alone. I know the best ways to introduce dogs for the first time. I understand a dogs need to decompress when in a new place. Most of all I am patient and loving. There is nothing I love to do more than snuggle your dog. I currently work full time but am home before 5:00. I will stick to your dogs routine even if it differs from my dogs. I will make sure your dog is let out several times in the evening. I have a neighbor who can come let them out during the day if needed. I have a fenced in yard with about 1/2 an acre to run and play. My dogs are well cared for. I will treat your dogs the same. My home is a safe space. We also have a finished basement so there is plenty of room in case the dogs would need some down time from each other. I have crates if your dog prefers to sleep in one, otherwise they are welcome to sleep in bed with me, if that's OK with you. If you prefer for me to stay at your house, that works as well, especially if there are multiple pets (cats, etc.). Whatever is easiest for you and your pets.

About: I think something, I can proudly say is that I have people meet me once and trust me to watch their pets. I’ve had pets and I have taken care of friends and families pets since I was 12. The care is different of course, diets and lifestyle routine slow down and more careful attention is needed. Love is another key, all animals are deserving of being treated with respect and kindness. That includes the animals in the forest, since I work outdoors I see a lot of birds and critters and each one’s life is valued and admired. Like my job, the environment of the pet is important. Keeping the food and water bowl clean, is something I find some families neglect but I find that to be a little disheartening as you would not like to drink out a dirty water glass Services offered * 30 Minute Dog Walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood or a nearby trail to give your pup the exercise fresh air, and mental stimulation they need during the day * 30 Minute Drop-Ins include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of snuggles to keep your pet happy and comfortable while you're away * Basic House-Siting include staying overnight with your pup so they have company and comfort in their own home, along with daytime care every 4-6 hours for potty breaks, meals, playtime, and cuddles I currently work outdoors for Ice Age Trail Alliance, and unable to commit to the time for a long term companion, however I have just enough time to spoil and love on other people’s adorable pets :) Truly, the most important aspect of pet care is the establishing the safety and security of your pet. The initial meeting with your pet, getting familiar and making sure the pet feels like they can trust their caretaker is crucial. That establish trust between caretaker and pet, allows me to ensure the best case scenario for your pet. Whether it be, trusting you on a walk or worse case scenario luring your pet from under the bed or loosing the lead for a second.
