“Terri was an amazing sitter for my kitty Finn. I was traveling for a week and I wanted him to have someone around at nights, as he's so social, curious and snuggly. From the get-go, Terri was fantastic - setting up a meet and greet soon, so I would know if it was a good fit. And it was! She knows cats well and built trust easily with him. We had a bit of a misunderstanding on start times, my fault as I'd not set it up correctly in Rover.com, but she was happy to work with me to meet my needs. She was thorough with understanding my expectations and needs, and met them impeccably. Throughout my trip she sent pictures, videos, and texts telling me what they were up to.
