“I am absolutely thrilled to have found Pete through Rover's service. I have three very emotionally needy cats, one of which is nearly 20 years old. I am new to this area and didn't know anyone locally to watch them. I have not allowed myself to go on vacation for quite some time, and was overdue. I was very nervous about trusting a stranger, but Rover gave me confidence that they screen every one. Turns out that Pete is a retired insurance industry executive and demonstrated real professionalism when making arrangements to watch my cats. He sent me pictures of them every day while I was gone. I came home to find three very well fed, contented cats with a nice clean feeding area. Job well done, my confidence was well-placed. I will hire Pete again and i think I'll begin traveling more.”

About: I have pet sit a couple of friends dogs and also a few kittens. Also I have taken care of kittens my old cat had and even had bottle fed one of them. I had a cocker spaniel King Charles cavalier mix that is the sweetest dog ever. I now have a pit bull mix and a cat along with my child that I take care of. I currently do not work and my schedule can be made mostly around the needs of the employer. My son is at school 8-3 but he would be willing to help with animals also. We have a fenced in yard but also go for walks. I have no problem with walking multiple times a day or whatever other needs the pet has.

About: I’ve taken great care of animals for a very long time. I treat animals like they are my family. I’m always there to care for them and give them the love and care they deserve I would like this to be my full time job. I have a lot of time through out the day and week. I’m usually always free. I have 3 cats of my own. I always make sure they have food and fresh water and would do the same for anyone else’s animals.

About: I have been around dogs all my life.I have done pet sitting in the past for a couple in there home while they were at work. I enjoyed that so much! I can walk your dog or come into your home to dog sit if you are going on vacation. I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs and any other animals in your home. I can also have other dogs in our home for any pet sitting needs. I look forward to spending time with your pets and giving them all the love and attention they need and deserve. I am available mainly on the weekends, I would be great for anyone who would need to go out of town for the weekend on vacation or just go out of town for work. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for your pups to run around freely and get out all of there energy. I also have 2 of my own dogs they can hang out with as well. I also have room if the pup needs to be in a crate at night time. I am open to being an in home dog sitter as well, I am comfortable with walking your dog, playing with them and just giving them all the loving and cuddles they deserve!

About: Playing with cats and dogs since I was born. I've also owned fancy rats, a black emperor scorpion, a few small snakes, cats and dogs. I can friend most size or temperament. Nail care and baths can take some time for trust. I've done that work and then some on animal (and human patients). I'm here to learn be more responsive and responsible. Reading an animals body language seems fairly straightforward to me. Also willing to learn about farm animals. Skills? Work with puppies to seniors. Patience to explore new ground. Endurance to not stop till the dog wants. I don't run like I used to, another reason why I'm here. I enjoy the ability to give the dog a sense they've discovered something on that walk. I'm new to this service but not to customer service. I'd look forward to your criticism as much the praise. I be working full time as a machine oiler for the six months till I get back to truck driving. Let's work out a schedule that suits us. My off days will be wide open for possibilities. No vehicle currently, that will remedied quickly. Safe and respectful, same way I would in your home. I have a small apartment. It'd have to be a special client before I consider bringing your animal back to my place. Would you like for me to bring my beard trimmer to spruce up your pup? May I sit on your deck with a hot tea and throw tennis balls? I want your pet to welcome me just as you do. I'm new to this so I'll respond to the animal. A 12 year old dog still remembers what it's like to be a puppy for a few minutes a day.

About: Im very patient, reliable & trustworthy. I will care for your pet with the same love that I give my own. Pets have always been my comfort. Im unemployed and this seems like a great fit for me. Ive been searching for something that I can be happy in and animal care would be great! my pets have access to fresh food, lots of exercise and fresh air and of course lots of affection and conversations with my pets. They understand more than you would think

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats, all of my life. I was a police officer and Sheriff for 32 years. I’ve dealt with most all animals. I love them all!! I’m currently a retired sheriff. I work part time for American Airlines about 20 hours per week in Bloomington, and working on a license to sell real estate as a part-time job in Livingston County. And I have been a police officer, since I was 18 years old. I am very trustworthy and honest. I’ve grown up around many types of animals and feel comfortable around them.
