About: I've taken care of all types of dogs for over 21 years. I'll treat any dog as if it was my own. I have a large backyard in the country on a private road that is a self contained peninsula right on the banks of the West Canada Creek. With miles of well maintained walking paths through the woods and on the Creek's bank, there is no shortage of places to go on adventures, all without having to worry about anyone else. My retired parents also only live a a quarter mile away who can let the dogs out/walk them if I happen to be stuck at work. I'm very flexible with my schedule as well. Currently 100% work from home. So your pet will never be alone. Just in case, both my parents, who are both retired, live only a quarter mile away and both can let the dog(s) out, walk them, if needed. They are big animal lovers and very active as well. All dogs have their own unique needs, so I'm going to rely on you and I will ask you for any specifics your pet(s) might need. I will tailor my care based on your input. Just to illustrate both ends of the spectrum , if you want me to crate your dog, I can do that. I'm also totally fine giving free reign to my house if your dog is trustworthy not to do any damage. If their are worries about your baby getting into anything and doing any property damage, I'm very diligent in making sure I remove anything that could cause an issue (including putting up gates, providing stimulation toys, and making sure there is nothing he/she can get into food wise). If you want to board your baby with me, typically I'll do a meet and greet at my place to introduce myself to you and your pet(s), as well as show you my property both inside my house as well as my large countryside property. If your not boarding at my house, depending on where you live, I can meet at your place to meet you and your dogs. I know what a dog with separation anxiety can do, and know how expensive the damages can be. Thankfully, my retired parents live just up the road and can make sure your pup isn't alone for anymore than a few hours at most during the workweek. My dad is still very active and great with dog walks. So if for some reason I am stuck at work that day, my dad can come down to visit your pet, take her for a walk, or just keep company. Lastly, I have an 11 year old Terrier mix that stays with my retired parents just up the road, she's very sweet with other dogs and cats, and is only 18 lbs. If I have to leave your pup alone for a few hours, she can provide company to your dog as well, supervised by my dad, if wanted.

About: Hi!! I’m Alexandria (Alex), and I’ve been an animal lover and caretaker for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I had the joy of raising MANY wonderful dogs, all except one being rescues from puppy mills or difficult homes. My experience ranges from caring for a loving Pit Bull to two incredible dachshunds who were both blind and deaf, so I’m no stranger to dogs who need a little extra TLC. I care for all animals like they’re my own! Whether your pet is playful, shy, or needs special care, I’ll make sure they feel safe, seen, and loved. I look forward to meeting your furry family! I am working a full time 7am-4pm job at Walmart, and soon to be starting a job as a Behavioral Management Service Provider... although it seems like a lot, I am more than flexible and willing to work around whatever you need and whatever your pet baby needs! As of right now, on the weekdays I am available any time after 4pm, Thursday I am free all day and Saturday I am Free all day. Whatever it is we can make a plan! For walks I have a portable dog bowl that holds about 32oz of water and I always have extra water bottles in my car, I love the outside so your dog would never be locked up in the house somewhere unless that's what they wanted. I also have plenty of poop bags and bags of treats and toys!
About: I've taken care of dogs for a long time. It started when I was young, probably around the age of 10, but of course I couldn't drive, so my mom had to help out. I have always had a love for animals, and I always will. I am currently a college student studying childhood education and psychology, along with playing soccer. That may sound like I have a pretty busy schedule, but since I live at home, it is not bad at all. I am also a substitute teacher, which allows me to choose when I work based on how my schedule looks for that given week. Pet safety is of the utmost importance to me. Families are relying on me to care for their beloved animals while away for a day or a few days. Playing outside or relaxing inside are all things I love to do, based on the dog's needs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. Neighbors, friends and family have allowed me to take care of their dogs for years. I currently have a 9 year old lab and had a lab for ten years before him. Currently I am available all day and every day of the week. I am looking for a new job doing something I love to do. We have a large backyard but it’s not fenced in. I can take the dog out on a leash if needed. There is a park near my house where I walk my dog every morning. I use to take care of puppies and adult dogs in my spare time after school and I would make sure to feed them, take them out for walks, play with them and pick up after them when needed. I am not working right now so looking after a dog is a good way to pass the time for me, not mention being out of the house and getting a decent amount of exercise.
