(Dog walking and drop in visits are also available!) I happily care for dogs, cats, and a variety of small pets like bunnies, ferrets, guinea pigs/hamsters, and birds. (I also have “hobby farm” experience from chickens to horses) And while I love animals of all shapes and sizes, I unfortunately do not offer care for snakes or spiders—just sticking to the furry and feathered friends I know best! I treat every pet like they’re my own—with patience, playtime, and plenty of belly/butt rubs and scratches. Whether they’re shy, energetic, cuddly, or independent, I take the time to understand their personalities and make sure they feel secure and loved. When I booked her for four-days, then had to cancel due to a change in circumstances, she immediately responded and helped process the refund. The one day that she took our dogs out for a walk, she walked them for a mile, ensured they had food and water, and she even helped mop up their accidents. When we came home to greet our dogs, they were much calmer than normal. I believe this is due to the time, attention, and care that Averi put into her duties. If we ever need a dog-walker, again, in the future, we will consider Averi first!”

About: Volunteering at shelters and owning an array of pets throughout my life helps me understand fully how to care for a creature. I've never turned away an animal and have worked with nursing birds, rodents, bunnies, and kittens back to health after rescuing them. I also love working with exotic pets like amphibians or reptiles, but mainly I board and walk dogs! I'm very good at reading body language and training stubborn dogs, and working with animals full time would be a dream career. Right now I'm studying premedicine / ecology at UA and taking care of animals over the summers to save money for school! Going to Albany on the 24th! Until then I can board, but afterwards I'm switching my location and removing boarding from my services as I'll be on campus. Large yard with electric fence and 2 extra collars for a medium dog. About: I’ve lived and taken care of dogs and cats my whole life and have had multiple temporary dog sitting jobs. Jobs including; walking, feeding, bathing, etc. I’m working part time but am free many days of the week. I’m available mostly in the afternoon and night hours. If needed, I am able to work around some mornings. I have a fenced in yard in which my dogs run freely around. My clients dogs will be well cared of under my supervision and I will listen to any instructions necessary.

About: I’ve had pets ever since I can remember. We have never had less than 3 dogs. Right now I have 6 at home all ranging in size and age. I also work in a store that is very pet friendly and animal oriented so I’m constantly around animals. I have a pretty set full time job. But I have spare time that would allow me to care for others animals almost any day of the week. I have a very pet friendly home along with other dogs for them to play with. They are very friendly and respond well with other dogs. I have a few acres of land that I take the dogs out to play at.
