About: I've lived with pets all my life and while I’ve only had one human roommate in the last 30 years, I've always had a least one cat up until 2018. I LOVE cats (esp kittens), and am quite comfortable around dogs as well (I love them too, just not in all capitals, LOL). When I first started pet sitting, I thought I preferred cats to dogs, but the past few years have enabled me to expand in my love of, and comfort with dogs (but please don't tell the cats that)! I also used to 'lease' a horse in my youth and have experience with birds, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs. I DON'T like snakes or insects (sorry!) In the last 12 years I’ve volunteered with several rescues as a cat/kitten foster and I'm known to be particularly good with feral kittens and cats. I'm really good with walking (dogs mostly), dispensing medications, and loving attention, but I'm not a pushover when it comes to treats from the table (that's a no-no) staying on leash when required, and letting them know I mean business when necessary. I don't believe in EVER striking or punishing animals and seem to fall in love with them all. I’ve been a house and pet sitter on the site “Trusted Housesitters” since 2018 and have over 21 positive reviews there. I’m recently retired (yet surprisingly busy). I don’t do a lot of night driving, but am otherwise generally available. I’m a stickler about being on time, and keeping dates I commit to. My preference is for cats to remain indoors at all time at my house, and dogs always on a lead when outside. I have a variety of crate sizes here, and am totally comfortable with your fur kids riding in my car, lounging on my furniture, and/or sleeping in my bed. I have all wood floors, plenty of cat litter pans and bowls for food and water. My yard is not fenced but I live directly in front of the Western Maryland Rail Trail, and have easy access to neighborhood parks as well.

About: I have hands-on experience raising and training three dogs of my own, currently aged 2, 3, and 4. About: I was raised around dogs my entire life and have always loved taking care of them and playing with them. I currently have 6 dogs and love everyone of them dearly and always spoil them while making sure they’re well behaved. I always help out with animals every day around the house whether it’s feeding, potting or walking my dogs to make sure they’re healthy and cared for. I care for them by making sure they are let out every time I get home and giving them time to use the bathroom or walking them so they can get their energy out.

About: I am very caring when it comes to animals there is no animal I don’t love. I’d be thrilled if you let me sit, walk, feed and play with your fur babies! I have a very open schedule and can watch them at your scheduling needs. I am self employed so I have all the time for your pet needs. Anytime of the week or times work for me. About: I have owned my own personal animals for the past 6 years, I have 3 dogs (all beautiful muts) and 8 cats. Aside from having my own furry kids, I've also worked in animal rescue for a little over 4 years.
