About: I started doing house sitting/pet sitting through families I cared for as a pre school teacher. It has grown to: “second families”, friends, co workers, references, etc. As sad as it is, I’ve also sat for animals in extremely poor medical conditions. This included going to the vet for meds. I had to gather a planner to keep track and trauma how I knew I was ready to begin doing more and more :) As I am writing this, I’m house sitting for a former co-worker. About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life! My first job was walking a German Shepherd puppy every day the summer I was 11. :-) I grew up with a Jack Russell Terrier rescued from the UK! After college, I had a rescue pitbull/lab mix who gave me the best eight years of my life. He was my bestie! I also helped to raise a goofy Harlequin Great Dane puppy for 18 months. While I’m not quite ready to adopt again, I miss having dogs around in. This felt like the next best thing! I treat every dog like family! I work from home which means I can give your pets lots of love, play time and supervision in between meetings while you are away! About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life! I’ve spent a lot of time with golden retrievers, cats, small dogs and more. I really enjoy being outside with the dogs, throwing the ball the most and walking them as well. I would be a perfect fit for medium to small dogs and cats. Always happy to have a conversation about larger dogs should you need the help! Look forward to helping you with whatever you need. Currently I’m off Sunday-Tuesday with some commitments but that can be arranged! I work downtown on all other days so nights would be better suited for those days. I currently have a small family dog that I care for on a daily basis. I prefer to dog sit for residents that have a fenced in back yard. I enjoy taking them for walks as well. If travel is needed elsewhere please keep in mind I have a mini cooper.
