“Cipriana & Pamela took amazing care of our pup. They provided lots of updates & pics, which were super appreciated while we were missing the little guy. He came home happy & pleasantly tuckered.”

“Richmond was an amazing dog sitter. My dog is very attached to us and had one day of weeping and Richmond took it in stride and moose and Richmond bonded quickly and took lots of walks and spent a lot of time in creeks and, if Moose could talk, he would tell us he had as good vacation as we did. I highly recommend Richmond to care for your dogs”

“My pup stayed at Kimberly’s home for a night. She took great care of him! She was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Kimberly is a true animal lover! I highly recommend her and will definitely reach out to her in the future!”

“Our pup stayed with Bob and Deb for more than 5 weeks and when he came back home he was a little glum and was clearly missing whatever Bob has going in his home. That has never happened before and that tells how much fun and comfort he was kept with. So all I would say is you would be LUCKY to have your doggos taken care of by Bob and Deb.”

“Rosalie is fabulous and Brinkley had a wonderful time. We did one overnight and got the cutest pictures while we were away. Brinkley thrives with easygoing energy and Rosalie's space and personality were exactly that. Thank you for having Brinkley, we'll be back!”

“Andrea is a beautiful, intelligent and compassionate professional. She cares about the animals she looks after while 'pet parents' are away. She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. All in all, I would recommend Andrea to work with anyone who has pets they love and want to broaden the scope of their pet's world by allowing Andrea to work with them and care for them. Andrea also understands the complexities of rescue animals, and will work with you so all are informed and kept in safe environments that nourish everyone's positive potential. She is also very pleasant and loving. She is a talented professional and a local treasure to all who come in contact with her.”

“Kery was amazing. Our dog had a lot of anxiety and she worked through it with his visit. Sent lots of photos and updates and I’ll always appreciate her for taking care of our dog.”

“Wonderful experience for me and my dog! Nicole is great at making you and your dog feel comfortable along with her exceptional doggie set up. You really cannot beat the personal attention and care she gives to your dog, it's worth every penny! We will definitely be a repeat costumer!”

“We went on vacation, my dog went on vacation. Bottom line. Sarah and Aaron (and family) took amazing care of our pupper and I'm sure she was likely a bit sad as we drove away when picking her up The peace of mind knowing she was taken care of as a full fledge (visiting) family member meant everything to us. No detail was overlooked and she was received with open arms - including an adorable welcome sign for us. We got pictures and updates the whole way through and Sarah and Aaron were super responsive and accommodating even when we made many changes to schedules/drop off pick up times. If you are looking for a situation where your dog will be taken care of and loved as their own - this place is it - you won't go wrong booking with this lovely family.”

“Elenor went above and beyond while watching our chihuahua, Boone. She was extremely responsive, sent us pictures, and gave us updates throughout his stay. Boone was given lots of outside time to enjoy the beautiful weather and was taken on walks each day. We loved that Elenor also made a point to have us meet with her before his stay, to further acclimate him. I would highly recommend!”

“Amy was responsible, attentive and very easy to communicate with. She took great care of my dog Maisie. It was helpful to hear her feedback on how Maisie did during her stay as Maisie can be anxious with new people and situations.”

“Kristen was very accommodating and my pup seemed very happy in her home. My dog is usually very anxious at first but she calmed down quickly with Kristen and her sweet dog Jackson. Will definitely use her again.”

“We always ask Victoria to dog sit Hobbes when we go out of town. Our pup loves her and has such a great time and Victoria is so great at sending updates and photos and couldn’t be nicer! She’s the best!”

“Jen was excellent! We boarded our dog with her for two nights and had a great experience. Communication was easy, the house felt safe and secure, and care instructions were followed. We will definitely use her again!”

About: I would love to take your dog for a walk or hike in and around the Woodstock area. I have many years of experience owning dogs and cats, and dog and cat sitting for friends since I was a kid. I have also spent time walking dogs at animal shelters and am trained in pet first aid and cpr. I love big dogs, little dogs and anything in between :) I'm usually available during the day and some evenings and weekends. I love to hike and would also be happy to hike with your dog. I'm passionate about health and wellness and natural living. I'm originally from the UK but have been living in NY for over a decade. I live in the Woodstock area with my two daughters, our two rescue dogs and our rescue kitten. I’m usually out walking dogs in the morning and working from home in the afternoons. My dogs love to play with other pups and we enjoy going on long walks or taking care of pets in our home. I’m also available for drop in visits at your home, or for your dogs to stay at our home while you are away. I always keep dogs on the leash and make sure we get plenty of time outside. I have plenty of dog toys and beds in the house for playing and naps.

About: Never have I been without a pet. Life is nothing without the love and companionship of a pet. I am a lover of all animals, but dogs hold my heart. I do work full time at a veterinary office as a care coordinator. I am looking to offer weekend care, and may, possibly expand hours/days in the future. I live on a 1.5 acre. I have a small, fenced in yard 10 x 30. Am able to leash walk on the property, and live on a back road which is perfect for leash walking.

About: I am available to walk/do drop ins/some house sitting &/or overnight stays & cat sitting/drop ins anytime in the Shandaken, NY area. I have many years experience with animals, three grown kids & I am an avid animal rescue supporter including having my own rescue animal. I work part time on my own schedule so my availability is flexible & I can work with you & your needs! I am not able to provide in home care due to my Rescue dog being touchy with other animals, especially dogs but am available anytime for walks/drop ins, cat care, etc.... I will not be providing care in my home but I clean Rental homes for a living & will keep the same aspects in mind while being in your home/s, I will always be respectful of your space & your animals while providing the best care possible & will always leave your home the same as I found it. Thank you so much!
