“Amy was a fantastic sitter for our 3 cats! She she stayed in touch every day and sent photos after every visit. When I got home, they seemed disappointed not to see her. I will definitely be having Amy come back when I go out of town again!”

“Ashley was so wonderful with our kitties! They can take some time to warm up to new people, but they trusted her within the first day! Her updates and photos made us feel less guilty for being away. Highly recommend!”

“From our initial conversation through the entire visit, Tammy was excellent! She took such good care of my cat (and home!), and I feel confident in recommending her to anyone in need of care. Thank you, so much, for being so kind to our nervous kitty!”

“Stacey E braved the weather, snow, bad roads and distance to help my good cat recover. She offered excellent tips, advice, and quick hands to pop a pill into my cat for recovery. Five stars and three cheers! Thank you.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for our cat while we were in vacation for the week! From the moment we met Kate, we knew she would take great care of our furry friend while we were away. Typically our cat is very shy, but Kate was able to get her to come out of hiding and have some quality play time. Thank you so much Kate!!”

About: Caring for / walking pets since I was 10. Currently, I have five pets: a senior chihuahua, two pomeranian puppies, and two rabbits. I also have experience caring for reptiles, small mammals, birds, and aquatic animals through past sitting experience and through working at Petco. I am a PhD student who’s at school Mon-Thurs from 10am-4pm. I am available to walk dogs early in the morning (I’m an early riser!) or after 5pm Mon-Thurs. I am free all day Fri-Sun, so I can drop in anytime you want! Keeping your pets happy and healthy is always my #1 priority! Because there is so many animals in my own home, I am super vigilant about handwashing to keep all pets I handle safe! If a pet is in my care, I never let any other person handle them and never let them unfamiliar animals.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, so I’m open to caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I also have firsthand experience with dogs who have medical conditions, including seizures, and I’m comfortable administering medication and providing calm, attentive care. I’m currently working part time for the summer so I have plenty of time to do drop in on any day of the week. I am available early mornings, midday, or late evenings. I’m more than happy to spend as much time as needed with the pets. I can feed, walk, play, and clean for them, as well as give medication on time.

“Chantre was great! She was very responsive, knowledgable and took great care of my pet. My first time using rover and will definitely be booking with Chantre again!”

“Wow, Tammy was SO amazing! We loved her daily updates and photos, and she really took the time with our baby brat cat even though she’s wary, untrusting, and well…a bit bratty haha. We had one prior Rover sitter before this, and honestly we were kinda hesitant about it because while that experience was fine, good enough, whatever, but it wasn’t GREAT. We’ll 100% request Tammy for our next booking and may just cancel our trip if she’s not available ? It’s never easy to leave a family member pet behind, but especially one who’s not ‘easy.’ She really took the time and really seemed to care. Thank you Tammy and 10 stars isn’t enough ❤️”

About: Hi! I am a recent college graduate who’s moved back to the area. I have shelter volunteer experience and have had several positive experiences on this app doing in-house and overnight dogsitting. I got my first dog eight years ago in high school and he’s the light of my life! I love hanging out with all types of dogs regardless of breed or energy level. I don't mind taking care of dogs who are timid or defensive- I know how to keep boundaries with more nervous animals. Hablo español e inglés :) I am very flexible through august of this summer as I seek a new teaching job for the school year :-) I am not currently working so I can drive anywhere in town any day of the week. When I come to the house, I always make sure waters are full before I leave and gates are closed/secured. I'm fairly athletic, so I'm cool with taking long walks and being active with them in the yard- I'll match the energy level of your pet.
