About: I grew up in a household that took in more than 7 strays dogs, and now I have 1 rescue dogs myself. I used to take care for my two 13 year old dogs and I am able to take care of special needs dogs. I currently work as a professor, and working towards a doctoral degree. “I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Jasmine! She came to watch our very senior, special needs dog as well as 2 cats and 2 feral cats. Every pet has their own complicated care instructions (tons of medications, special diets, schedules, etc.), but Jasmine followed all of our directions perfectly and was so awesome in communicating with us while we were away. We got tons of pictures and videos and it was incredibly reassuring to know all of our animals were receiving the care and affection they needed. Usually our senior dog is very sick after a trip away, so coming home to a healthy and happy boy was a huge win. I think the dog and cats maybe miss her more than they had missed us!”

Safety is key for me, so I require a meet and greets prior to finalizing the official reservation. This not only allows me to meet the owners and understand their needs, but it also allows me to get to know the pet and ensure we have a good connection.

I have experiences with all sizes and ages and have spent significant time with elderly and special needs (detailed care sheets are a must). I am available anytime to house sit or come by and walk your pet. I work Monday- Friday 8-5p with the opportunity to work from home if needed (advanced notice required). I am up for playing inside or out and allowing the chance for them to burn off energy and have fun. I love playing games with them that get their brains working. I am all for pet snuggles and enjoy making snacks and treats for them.

About: Hello my name is Noah, I’ve taken care of many breeds of dogs and cats all ages for many years. I have dealt with all age groups with a variety of specialized needs from diets to health needs. I not only have my own fur babies but I take care of the dogs and cats at work by walking them, making sure they have food and water, and clean safe place to sleep. I work with kids in a group home and I work a week on a week off so on my weeks off I have open availability. I am new to NC as I just got married and my wife Kaylee who also has worked with kids and has 10+ years of experience and I are looking for a second job to add some extra purpose and happiness and as much as we love animals I know this would be a great fit. Her and I are both happy to come on meet and greets and discuss any and all pet care needs and we share duties and responsibilities on rover due to schedules. Her and I want to always make sure we respect any owners care instructions and make sure your fur babies are given the best care possible so that you can be assured they are cared for while you are away. I love all animals and am always looking to get involved and give back where I can as animals give so much selfless love to humans. I’m very active and have helped with potty training as well as training kittens to use the litter box. I feel I have a lot of patience and understanding to each animals and families individual needs. I have a pretty flexible schedule and can manage my time very well. I hope to find a few good fits as I finish school and to provide the best care to the animals and owners. I have a fenced in yard for my dogs and also walk them daily. They are crate trained and house trained as well. If the customer has a fenced in yard that is great and if not I do not mind going on walks or jogs with the dogs.
