“Jessica was great! She took time out of her night to come visit Koda the night before she walked him and see how they did with each other! She was also a great walker and was willing to just hang out with him outside of his kennel and play with his toys! We will definitely be going back to Jessica again!”

“Dominique is really good with my very shy and scared puppy, she is able to get her out and care for her. I am really appreciative of her time and attention spent with my puppy.”

About: Hi! My name is Sophia. I am a nurse with a passion for working with children that extends to loving on strangers' pets! Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior needing patience and routine, I’ve cared for them and treat every pet like they’re my own. My uncle has two American bullies, and my aunt has a senior dog that I offer to take care of from time to time while they are away. Those three angels are the reason why I decided to get my own dog! I have a deep love for animals and a calm, confident approach to pet care that helps pets feel safe, happy, and stress-free. I work three times a week on a self-scheduled basis. I will make sure to update my availability as soon as my schedule is out. When I have my free time I would love to give some TLC to your fur babies and make sure they are content and happy! I will care for your pets with the same love, patience, and attention I’d give my own three fur babies. Your pet’s safety and happiness come first. I will follow your routines closely to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I will make sure to provide you with regular updates and tons of cute photos while you are away. My goal is peace of mind for both of you!

About: I have worked with cats and dogs of all sizes and ages, I strive to provide the best experience for not only the pet but the pet parent as well! I have experience working at the Animal Rescue League alongside my own animals and friends and families animals I’m an open availability sitter I will always put the needs of someone’s animals at the forefront of anything! I have all the time and attention in the world to give your babies I love taking my boys on walks, to the park, and love giving them a variety of enrichment throughout the day! We love exploring and trying new things at a comfortable pace for the animal! I can also follow a schedule and I’m flexible with whatever the pet parent needs to give the most ful filling service

About: I’ve pet sit for family/friends and I work at a kennel. I also own my own pets as well. I’m going to school to be a veterinarian technician. My work schedule changes a lot but I’m more than happy to work pet care in for you and your pet to make you happy! I treat the pets like they are my own and making sure they are getting enough attention and have the necessities they need through out the day.

About: Animals have always had my heart whether they have fur, feathers, or floppy ears, I love them like they’re my own! 🐾 From playful puppies to wise old whiskers, I’ve been caring for animals since I was a kid, and I’ve had the joy of helping many senior pets live comfortably and happily in their golden years. I truly believe pets are family, and I understand how important it is for them to stay in their own cozy space, surrounded by familiar smells, toys, and routines. That’s why I provide the kind of loving care and attention you’d give them yourself so you can relax knowing your furry (or not-so-furry!) family members are safe, happy, and well looked after while you’re away. With over 12 years of experience in pet and house sitting (both through Rover and independently), I’ve spent lots of time with older pups and pets who need daily medication and a little extra TLC. I know how reassuring it is to have someone trustworthy in your home and by your pet’s side. 🐶💬 Just a heads-up: while I’m great at snuggles, meds, and belly rubs, I’m not a certified dog trainer so I will not be offering training services. If you have a training routine you’d like to continue while gone please let me know so I can accommodate. For everyone’s comfort and peace of mind, please let me know if there are any security cameras inside the home before a sit begins. I completely understand the need for home security, but just as a heads-up it’s illegal in most states to place cameras in private areas like bathrooms or bedrooms, even if it’s your own home. I respect your space and privacy and kindly ask for the same in return. Thank you so much for understanding! 🐾🏡 Pet care is a big part of my routine, and I always aim for clear, honest communication up front to make sure I’m the right fit before booking this helps avoid any surprises or conflicts later on. I also offer full-time care and am happy to take time off work to focus completely on your pet, especially if they’re extra cuddly or need that close, consistent companionship (Velcro pups are my specialty 🐶💕). I always aim to create a safe, calm space where your dog can feel at ease. As a new face in their home, I take things slow, stay relaxed, and tune into their energy letting them set the pace. I understand how confusing or stressful it can be when their favorite human isn’t around, so my goal is to build trust and help them feel secure, cared for, and comfortable while you’re away. 🐾💛

About: Are you looking for a more personal dog sitting experience rather than kennel? I will keep to your dog's routine with feeding schedules and outside breaks. I have two of my own spoiled dogs and a well behaved 12 year old son. We live in a few acres with a large privacy fenced backyard with plenty of room to play! I can give your pet lots of love and attention, and outside play time! I work at a local vet clinic taking care of many different animals with a variety of needs (including medication). I am very easy to contact, if necessary. I have references available upon request! I can't wait to meet you and your fur family- always open to meet and greets but up to your comfort level :) I prefer a weeks notice to adjust scheduling. Your dog must be dog and cat friendly. “She was soo helpful and is so diligent!! Today I was so stuck and I totally wrote my whole calendar day down wrong. She was super flexible and was able to accommodate. I won’t do that often but I’m so grateful”

About: We have been pet sitting for friends and colleagues for 2 years so thought why not join Rover and do more! Our clients love my family and we love their pets so it makes perfect sense. I have 4 kids, a small dog and two cats and my small pets just hide if a visiting pet is too much for them otherwise they don't get bothered or bother anyone else, human or pet! I work from home and I have 4 kids who love cats and dogs and love to help out with the dogs that we already provide services for. We are trusted with hideaway keys to homes to let dogs out and we run them in fenced in yards to burn energy. Then we make sure they have food and water and kennel them if applicable before we leave. In our house, visiting pets are watched over by all members of the family. Sometimes we buy them their own special toy to play with. We make sure they eat and get any meds they might need.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the experience I’ve had caring for dogs from a young age. I’ve always helped take care of my uncle’s dog, making sure she was fed, taken out to go potty, and had someone to play with. I’m very patient and always pay attention to what each dog needs—whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or just making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I treat every pet like family and do my best to make sure they’re happy and well cared for. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine. I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of free time to care for pets, especially dogs. I really enjoy being around animals—it gives me a chance to get outside, stay active, and do something I love. Spending time with pets is not only fun for me, but it also helps me stay balanced and happy during the week. When caring for pets, I always make sure their needs come first. With my own dog, I take him outside regularly—whether it’s for potty breaks or just to enjoy some fresh air. I stay by his side the whole time to make sure he feels safe, loved, and not alone. Whether I’m at home or at a client’s home, I give the same level of attention, making sure pets feel comfortable, cared for, and happy. I’m always patient and gentle, and I make sure to show them lots of love and affection.

“Lucia was amazing and took great care of our 3 dogs while we were out of town! She took them to the dog park and sent great detailed updates. She was very friendly to communicate with and quick to respond. We’ll definitely use Lucia next time we go out of town!”

About: I started babysitting kids at the young age of 14 but I’d have to say that watching dogs and cats are a lot easier! I found a lot of joy in taking care of my brother’s dogs for years, and was lucky enough to have a roommate with an emotional support husky named Sky throughout college! I helped co-parent Sky on many occasions by providing walks, feeding, and snuggles and I look forward to helping you co-parent your fur baby in your time of need! Being that I just recently graduated, I have tons of free time! My schedule is extremely flexible, I’m available for boarding as early as 10am Mon-Sat! That being said, Im currently job hunting so my availability is subject to change, but will definitely be updated as those changes occur! While I don’t have a fenced in yard, my neighborhood is spacious and dog friendly which makes it perfect for walks! If your dog is potty trained there’s also a ton of space in my home for him or her to get comfy!

About: Currently on a sabbatical from being an administrative law judge. I have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I have personally owned several adopted shelter cats. Kitty, my cancer prone tiny, trained me how to dispense medications and do many other advanced treatments. I am currently working. I like doing it. I write for a living and I don't take that my writing is unclear well. If I take the time to tell you why a date might not work, I expect you to at least try to read and understand. If you tell me to re explain for no reason at all, then don't expect good results. You can scroll up and re read. If there's ambiguity, your questions can be written to get at that. I like dogs, cats, and people who can read. My home is being rebuilt until November 2025. Until then, I only have an apartment, but I take dogs to Paws and Pints and other dog parks as a means of getting out.
