About: I have taken care of dogs since I was real little. Also, I’ve owned cats in the past. I love all animals of all types! I’m currently working full-time so taking care of pets is a part-time job for me. Mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends are my pet sitting times I love playing with dogs and cats! As each year has passed, i’ve taken care of more dogs along with other pets like guinea pigs,birds,fish and cats. i’m capable of taking care of senior dogs and ones with special needs. I know what it’s like to care for an old dog that struggles with certain things. they would still get the exact same amount of attention as any other dog would. i’m very compassionate when it comes to animals. your pets needs are first priority. they’re happiness is what matters most. any pet of yours will be loved on, cuddled and cared for with me looking after them i don’t have a job but i’m still quite busy helping my family out during the week with therapy/doctor appointments. my brother is handicapped and so he has to go to therapy a few days a week all the way up in cincinnati which takes half a day. im also helping homeschool my younger brothers during the week. in my opinion i know the weekends would work the best bc I’m usually not doing anything which means that i could have my full attention on your pet(s). however we could always talk in advance about the schedule and i could make take time during the week work if needed They’ll have my full attention. I will always play with them to get them to exercise and have some fun. I can also take them on walks and runs and take them out for potty breaks. if they need to be fed at a certain time or need any type of medicine then that is very important to know in advance. Also knowing if they get along with other people/pets. we don’t want anything bad happening so knowing anything and everything about your pet(s) in advance is highly recommended.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life from frenchies to shelties. I’ve worked in a dog store for over a year. Let me give you peace of mind while you’re away. On a weekly basis I have a flexible schedule that will allow for me drop by to check in and love on your babies. I work from home on most Wednesdays which allows me easy access to swing by. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
