“Tracey did a great job with our two fur babies. She was on time for arrival time and very communicative throughout the stay with updates. If she left she’d let me know but would also be sure to take care of the dogs right before she left and was never gone for too long or excessive. We have an elder dog and a younger dog full of energy. She connected well with both of them. She played fetch with them and did a great job sticking to their schedule even if it meant getting up at 4am when our older dog needed to potty. She paid attention to all the little details we talked about with their care instructions during the meet and greet. She was flexible with the stay as our travels home ended up taking us less time to travel back home. The house was the way we left it when we got home. The dog seemed comfortable and happy and not stressed from us being away. She is a true gem and we plan to book her for multiple other planned trips in our future.”

On weekends, I enjoy taking dogs on longer walks or play sessions in the yard or at nearby pet-friendly parks (with your permission, of course). When pets stay in my home, I do everything I can to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved, just like they would at home. I start by learning about their routine, habits, and preferences so I can maintain consistency with feeding, potty breaks, sleep, and play. Whether your pet is energetic and loves to run in the yard or prefers to nap in a quiet corner, I adjust my care to meet their individual needs. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play, explore, and get some fresh air. Inside, pets have free roam of the main living areas, unless you prefer otherwise. I offer plenty of one-on-one attention, including playtime, snuggles, and positive reinforcement. For pets that need a crate, I’m happy to follow your instructions and keep their routine consistent. I work from home, so your pet will never be left alone for long periods. I also have a friendly dog named Storm who’s used to being around both dogs and cats. Cleanliness, safety, and affection are my top priorities. I make sure pets always have access to clean water, follow any dietary or medical needs, and create a calm, welcoming environment where they can feel right at home.

About: I am an Ace certified personal trainer. I am a very active person, so I will make sure your pet engages in lots of play time and gets plenty of exercise during their stay. I have a very large fenced in yard which will give your dog lots of space to run and play. I grew up living down the hill from my grandparents farm which included cows, pigs, chickens, lots of barn cats and dogs. I was the kid that was always finding hurt or stray animals and bringing them home to care for. I live in the country and all three of our cats are strays that that my husband and I took in. We also have a dog. I look forward to caring for your pet!

About: I am avaliable most of the time and I will give my full attention to your dog(s) and other pet(s). I am very flexible and I will walk your dog(s) if requested, but it will cost extra. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was around 8 years old. I started out volunteering at an animal shelter, then worked for a vet and a boarding facility, along with tons of in home dog and cat sitting, walking, check ins, etc. I have experience with pets of all sizes and ages, as well as needed medications. Marissa sent me pictures at 6am and 6pm on the dot showing me that she gave my Mia girl her insulin right on schedule. Traveling with diabetic dog at home is hard, and she was able to put me at ease. I will continue to use her for any and all future trips that allow!”

About: I have done checkins, dog sitting, and walks for my neighbors, families, and friends dogs. I have watched and worked with dogs of all sizes. I’ve spent afternoons caring for dogs. I’m adequate at cleaning up any messes dogs may make. I am good for afternoon to evening visits. I work until 4 pm on the week days. I’m free all day on my weekends of Saturday and Sunday. I’m very attentive to how dogs react to me. If they are on the timid side, I try to let them warm up to me. If they are on the playful more energetic side then I will be much more playful. I give the energy and attention to what the dog will need from me.

She sent me updates, left my house exactly as it was, and even picked up his poop in the yard. I had to change plans and times a few times and she was more than accommodating. About: I’ve had both cats and dogs my whole life and have lots of experience taking care of them. This includes feeding, walking, and playing with them. I currently work nights, so I’m at free all day to walk and play with the animals. This also means I can feed them lunch during the day. I will stay at your house to let your pets be comfortable in their own home and bed. I can also take them on walks around your neighborhood.

“Latasha was wonderful! From the beginning she came for a meet and greet and got down on the floor with my Percy! She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. We’ve had a number of different breeds over the years, from Great Danes to miniature poodles, and each one has been an important and loved member of our family. I have experience with a variety of different dog breeds and enjoy the unique set of challenges and abilities each one presents. I also have experience caring for puppies and seniors, as well as dogs who may suffer from social anxiety or other challenging behaviours.
