Excellent experience. She took great care of Milah and was very kind from the very beginning. She kept me updated on how Milah was doing, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Emma took wonderful care of our dog, Kricket, and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Throughout Kricket’s stay, Emma sent daily updates along with plenty of photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We especially enjoyed seeing pictures of Kricket playing with Emma’s dog, Daisy, as well as the other dogs in her care. It was clear from the photos that Kricket was happy, comfortable, and having a great time. Emma went above and beyond by providing a detailed report card at the end of the stay, letting us know how Kricket did during her visit. Emma was great. I booked Buddy on short notice and she was very accomodating. She has a gentle composure and I knew right away that Buddy was in good hands. Buddy is an older dog and Emma was very good with all his quirks. She was also great to keep me informed thru texts on a daily basis as to Buddy's well being. I had bad weather in Chicago and Emma was happily able to extend Buddy's stay for me until the weather cleared some. I would highly recommend Emma for your dogs and plan to tell my neighbors about her.
