About: Cat holiday rate: Rover only shows the dog rate by default. My holiday rate for a drop-in visit for one cat is $29. Highlights: - Worked with lots of animals at kennels, zoos, DNR, and wildlife rehab so far in my career - Use positive reinforcement training to train dogs, birds, and even turtles - Use enrichment for every animal I own or work with The long version: To say I love animals would be putting it mildly. I got my first pet, a cat, when I was 8. I’ve had a least one pet ever since. Currently, I have a dog, cat, rabbit, and 6 chickens. I also have experience with other small animals (hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs), lizards, turtles, salamanders, and fish. It doesn’t matter what kind of pet you have, I will make sure it feels safe and loved while in my care. I’ve worked in wildlife rehab, zoos and dog kennels, so I have experience with giving oral meds and shots and following special diets, as well as taking care of older animals. I’ve also done animal training using clickers and positive reinforcement. I hold a bachelor’s degree in wildlife ecology specializing in wildlife care. Your pet is in good hands! I strongly believe in the value of enrichment, especially when pets are home alone. Giving them something to do helps the day pass more quickly for our pets and gives them natural outlets for what could otherwise become destructive behaviors. Puzzle toys, chew toys, foraging opportunities, and new (safe) treats are all things I use regularly with my own pets. I work from home, so my daily schedule is pretty flexible. During the school year, I take my daughter to and from school. If the visit is outside school hours or during school break, I may need to bring my daughter along with me. Daily hours available 8:30 am - 7 pm (unavailable 2:30-3:30 pm on school days) I take my last booking at 6:30 pm I may be able to accommodate bookings outside of these hours but need to have them set up and confirmed (including having a meet & greet for new clients) 7 days in advance so I have time to adjust my work schedule. When I come for a visit, there will be lots of playing and head scratches / belly rubs (if your pet is into that kind of thing). For dogs, we’ll go out to your yard or head out for a walk if you don’t have a fenced-in yard. After that I will take care of feeding and other chores, followed by more play time or cuddles as time allows. My goal when I leave is for your pet(s) to be happily napping, worn out and feeling loved.

“Jordan took the best care of Bailey while we were on vacation!! The communication was great and all of the pictures and updates were appreciated. We will definitely use Jordan again!!”

About: I have had a dog in my life since I was born. Grew and still have labs, and have had a GSP. I did lots of dog sitting / walking for neighbors and friends families growing up and still continue to do so. They would rely on me to take care of their furry friend. I am here to give your furry friend some exercise when you might not have the time in the schedule to do so! I look forward to meeting your pup! I currently work full time, however, my schedule can be flexible. Mornings or evenings would be best, but depends on the day and when I am needed as well. I always ensure your pet is fed, has plenty of water, enough time outdoors to go potty and do dog things - sniffing the grass, exercise, fetch, etc. I always love cuddles as well, making sure every pet has a little lovin.

About: My fur babies are my everything. My love for animals started at home with my parents. We would feed the stray cats by our house and would find them homes. I have taken care of dogs, cats, lizards, birds, ect my entire life. My husband, my kids (ages 15 and 18), and myself all share a passion for animals. We foster dogs currently (typically German Shepherd mixes) and are excited to start on an adventure of quails, goats and chickens since moving. When your dogs/ cats are in our care they are treated as our own. Walks, snuggles, treats, and one-on-one care. *Our oldest girl Lexi suffered a blown disc in 10/2022. She was paralyzed from middle of her back down. Through meds, range of motion, massage, and lots of TLC she is up and moving but a bit wonky 🤪. We are fully prepared to care for elderly or disabled puppers. Our family just moved to Deerbrook and are still getting ourselves established. Currently I have open availability. *As we do foster dogs there may be times I am unavailable Saftey is always top priority. Leashes will be used when outside at all times unless owners prefer otherwise. I will always send photos and updates throughout the stay to ensure you feel confident in our arrangement.

About: I have 2 furbabies of my own. Love all dogs as of they were my own. There safety and comfort and needs is first priority. I am off Friday-Saturday and Sunday. Work till 5 during the week.. can drop in after work. Pet care is a daily routine. There needs come before any of mine. They depend on us and never let them down. Their schedule is top priority. There safety and we'll being while being watched and cared for will be of highest level . You will never be concerned if they are being cared for.

About: I’ve never not had a pet. I currently have 1 dog and 1 cat as well as care for my brother’s St. Bernard and Great Pyrenees. My grandpups are a Blue Healer and a Black Lab. Animals and I seem to connect right away. In the Fall of 2023 I left the corporate world of office work to pursue enjoying life more and less stress. Early retirement with a side gig…my children are grown and my schedule is open now to help others. I’m very comfortable with animals of all sizes and have experience administering meds. I’m very open to following whatever schedule or routine you have your animals on. If they just need someone to come play or walk them to expend their energy, that’s perfect also.
