“Allison was absolutely wonderful with my pup! She’s reliable, caring, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. From our first message, she was professional and easy to communicate with—always providing updates and photos so I knew my dog was happy and safe. I came home to a calm, well-cared-for pup and a tidy house. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was in such capable hands. I would 100% recommend Allison to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter.”
“Ayah was super reliable and very communicative. She made it very clear that she would care for my cats like her own, which I was very grateful for! I could tell my cats really liked her, too! Would definitely recommend her for sitting!”
“Kevin kept an eye on my cats while I went away for Christmas. He was awesome! He was attentive to the cats when he came over, cleaned the litter boxes and gave them cat food. He even took the time to warm up and play with them for a while when he came over. I’ll definitely be using Kevin again anytime I need a drop in visit!”
“Our cat is a very treasured companion and knowing he has such a wonderful, caring person taking care of him while we're away is such a comfort. Do not hesitate to book with Katie. She will care for your pets as if they're her own.”
About: I have loved animals all my life. I think they really are a part of a family, and they deserve to be absolutely spoiled and shown all the love they can take I am self-employed so I have a very flexible schedule. I don’t work a regular 9 to 5 so I am home longer than the average person I make sure to take care of all of their needs. Make sure they are fed, always have water, entertained, played with, loved on and completely taken care of
“Jackie did a great job with my cat while I was gone for several days! My cat was in good spirits when I returned and I didn’t have to worry about her at all while I was gone because of great communication and updates. Highly recommended!”
About: I think I love cats and have them since I am little and if I could, I would have at least 10 of them haha I worked as a volunteer in a shelter in Erie PA, I used to play with cats and they used to have around 50 cats and as a volunteer I need to follow protocol to protect the cats. Unfortunately I had to move or otherwise I would be there as a volunteer still. I love cats very much and I work full time during the week but I am free at nights and weekends to watch and take care of you beloved pet. Let me know how can I help hou! I have two cats so to not stress them out or your pets, I prefer to go to your home. I have a really shy cat that may be a little hard on her if I bring a different pet home. Sorry about that but if you are interested on my profile, I am sure we can figure something out. Please, let me know.
“Jenna was a wonderful caretaker for our cat. We were away for a week and she came to our home several times a day to tend KittyKat and keep her company. We were a little nervous giving a key and access to our home to someone we didn’t know, but she was excellent, trust worthy, and even helped with a few household things that came up. I would definitely hire Jenna again and highly recommend her to others. Thank you Jenna!”

As of October 2026, there are 419 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Pavilion. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
