“Aaron stayed in my home for two weeks looking after my diabetic older cat. While my cat is not on insulin, it was such a comfort for me knowing Aaron was there and he took great care of him! I believe Aaron has a way with animals and befriended my shy kitty after a day or two. I knew I had made the right decision when we returned and my cat was very content. We will definitely have Aaron cat sit for us again! He was very dependable and personable. Thank you so much!!”

About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals since I was 10 years old! Horses, chickens, cows, donkeys, fish, hamsters, goats, sheep, rats, kittens, dogs, etc! I am happy to help with any pet needs! I have recently graduated from college and am working part time working towards full time! Pet sitting and care fit well into my routine as I typically work 4 hour shifts at a time leaving great time to check in with pets! My weeks are flexible just reach out if you have any questions! I try to have what is best for my animals including fenced in yards and proper food, cages, and medicines. Although I do not offer boarding, I will make absolutely certain your animals stay safe in my care!

About: I love animals and have had pets as far back as I can remember. I currently have 3 dogs, two shih Tzu's and a labor doodle. I enjoy spending free time playing outside with them. I work from home, so i spend countless hours with my pups and play with them on breaks and lunches. My wife also works part time and is able to play with our dogs along with taking them outside in our fenced in back yard. Unfortunately going forward I can no longer take drop offs or pick ups after 1030pm est or before 9am. This is due to my 1 year old son who requires a full night's rest. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For some reason if you cannot make that time frame please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate your situation. I have a fenced in backyard for your dog to roam around and play in. I also have 3 other dogs they could play with.

About: I have cared for pets since I can remember! I grew up with two sisters who also loved animals and over the course of my life I have loved many small dogs, cats, turtles, fish, a bird, and a rabbit. I also gained a good amount of experience and knowledge on how to take care of pets through my time working at Pet Supplies Plus, where I would often advise customers on what would be most helpful to get their pets feeling good again. In my time here, I also cared for and helped heal many creatures, including cats, fish, cockatiels, ferrets, hamsters, and guinea pigs. I love bonding with pets and I find it really fulfilling getting to care for them as I get to know them. I have cared for others pets several times throughout my life- largely neighbors and family. Most recently, I got to pet sit while traveling and house sat for two lovely homes in Scotland. I care a lot about making sure that spaces are maintained and I am happy to do any household chores that may arise. I am currently in summer break from my university and I have a rather flexible schedule! My hours available may change depending on the week, but I will have plenty of time to play with your pet! Once my school semester begins, I can be free after 1 on Wednesday, before 5 on Thursday, and any time Friday-Sunday and Tuesday. I know the best trails to take your pup around in the WNC area and if they have a preferred place to walk, I always love exploring more! I believe in fitting myself into the natural routine of your furry friend wherever I can. If there's a specific time they like to play, eat, or get walked, I'm more than happy to accommodate! With pets that I'm just meeting, I like to meet them where they want to be met, and if that includes playing fetch all day, I'm happy to do so.

I’ve always dog sit and I thought I would continue on this app. I’m home for college so I have all the time in the world! Animals just make me so much happier so taking care of yours would help us both. I check with the owner and how they want me to do things. About: I have had animals all my life. I grew up with four dogs, a cat, and a bird! We rescued all of them and gave them a loving home full of attention and all the treats they could ever want. I would also pet sit for friends every so often. Because of this, I have learned a lot about everything that comes with being a pet owner. I now live here in North Carolina with my boyfriend and we have our sweet cat, Pretzel. I currently have a full-time job in West Jefferson. I am available for drop ins anytime during the weekends and late afternoon/nights during the week. I can do drop ins and do whatever I need to do to care for your pet whether that's playing with them, feeding them, or changing the litter. I can also walk dogs as well!

About: Dogs are my biggest passion! I used to be a shift leader at a doggie day care in Florida. I have experience working with hundreds of dogs of all sizes. My days there included paying close attention to detail and learning the characteristics of each dog. I worked with dogs of all ages puppies to seniors. I was in charge of watching and caring for big groups of dogs. Feeding all the dogs lunch and of course lots of playtimes! I am new to rover and have lots of open availability for your pups! I occasionally travel to Mooresville for a pet sitting/house sitting gig. Other than that I am in Boone full time. I prioritize the well-being and happiness of every pet I care for. About: I've grown up with a love of all animals and have had at least one dog or cat in the family for as long as I can remember. My mom managed a boarding and training kennel and took me to work with her every day, where I not only assisted her with the daily tasks, but also learned about caring for animals of all types and sizes. I take my animals out for regular playtime and bathroom breaks, clean up the yard, and feed and water as needed.
