We put the house key in the lock box and flew out the following day without ever having met Shelly. Shelly was more than happy with that arrangement and dropped in to take care of the cats. About: I have a dog of my own he is a 2-year-old 105lb golden retriever named Finn. I also have done dog walks for family and friends. As well as feed them or be their pets buddy for a little bit while they're away. I do have another part-time job but asides from that I'm pretty free! I would be willing to do dog walks in the morning, afternoon, or early evening. I take my dog on walks every day. I also feed him, bathe him and play with him. He's an energetic dog so we must do a lot of play time! I live in an area with many houses but not on a main road so the pet's safety will be excellent!

About: I spent some time working at Camp Bow Wow, a doggie daycare, before joining Rover back in 2022. For years, I’ve also enjoyed pet sitting for family and friends. I’m certified in pet first aid through the Animal Behavior College, and I’ve completed various courses on animal behavior and communication. Right now, I’m working on my dog obedience training certification, too. I can’t wait to meet and play with your fur babies! I currently work full time as a substitute teacher during the week. Depending on my work schedule, I can sometimes do drop-in and walking services earlier on weekdays. But for the most part, I can offer those after 4:30 on weekdays, anytime on Saturdays, and after 1pm on Sundays. I can offer my house-sitting services anytime as long as your pup can go up to 8 hours without a bathroom break during the week while I'm at work. For drop-in visits and house-sitting services, please leave any instructions/notes I may need to know not just about their care, but also about your pets typical behavior. For walks, rest assured, I’m certified in pet first aid should any accidents happen, but I’m also very aware of my surroundings at all times and will do all I can to prevent any accidents from occurring in the first place.

About: We have always had a dog(s) as a member of our family and value the companionship they provide as well as the importance of wanting what is best for them in a caring loving home setting. I am a retired professional that enjoys having company as I go about my daily routine. Pets are never be left alone as it will be a team effort with my wife to provide loving care for that important member of your family We have a fenced in yard . Plenty of playtime and socialization with our 3 year old sheepadoodle, and visiting grandchildren. If desired we can also provide walks.

Ensure my pet has access to a comfortable and well-maintained shelter. Display unwavering affection, treating my pet as an integral part of my family, and engage in meaningful interactions with them. With all of this, I would be able to translate across to your pets, as well.

About: I am a Veterinarian Technician been doing this for about 5 years -Pet sitting -Walking/Feeding -Entertaining -Senior care -Puppy Care -understand the needs of pet -Love snuggles I am currently working full time as a veterinary technician. I am free every weekend Friday-Sunday and I am also available throughout the week early morning and after 6pm I am willing to let the pet out multiple times a day, feed and play with pet however long it would want to play. I will be able to follow special instructions, give medication if needed. Can’t forget to give them the snuggles they need while their parents are not there!

About: Not only am I a mother of three furry friends, but I also take the time and effort to consider each pets needs based on their age, comfort level, and personality. Please don’t be worried that because I’m new to Rover I won’t be able to carry out good care. Caring for animals (even farm animals), has been something that’s been carried throughout my family. I will make sure your pet gets stimulated the way YOU want. Whether that’s walks or relaxation. Or whether that’s helping a puppy get adjusted to the leash correctly. I have passion for this field, as well as love for the animals. My average day consists of not only caring for myself, but my furry friends as well. Taking care of animals helps me get set up for my future career, (vet tech) as I’m currently enrolled in colleges courses. My pets travel with me, but when I’m assigned to others care I will occasionally leave them at home. When I’m at home, my babies get all of my attention and as many belly rubs as they want. Safety around animals is a huge component of sitting. I would not just trust anybody with my babies. Supervision 100% of the time I’m in charge of the furry friends. I never want to overstep an animals patience, so learning to trust and cater to the animal is something I’ve adapted to doing. When I’m at others homes, I always take into consideration each pets comfort levels and needs so I can make sure they’re taken care of as much as possible.

About: I grew up with dogs..German Shepards, Labs, Poodles, Shi Tzu. Over the years I, and now my sons, have been dog sitters for friends for years. Recently our family has expanded with Remington, Remifor short. He’s got a loud bark, but a gentle and very playful soul. Id love get to help you care for and love your pet when your schedule is needing it, and it allows more furry friends for Remi! Scheduling is somewhat flexible. Your baby will have all of the attention and love needed. I have a 1/2 acre yard that has the entire backyard completely fenced in. We have ponds in our community and lots of areas for your baby to run and play. I have no doubt you’ll have great peace of mind in knowing your fur baby is well taken care of. We have a dog of our own. So he goes out at 7am & gets his first walk and feeding of the day. With my fenced in yard he has the freedom to come and go as he wishes when weather permits. He gets a few treats during the day, as we’re always working on his manners and tricks. Around 7pm he gets last feeding and a treat before bed. He’s usually ready to crash about 9pm. I have a fenced in yard, one male dog, and flexible scheduling to accommodate potty breaks and feedings. I also have a large crate available if needed.

About: My entire life I have always had an animal in my home. This is the biggest reason for my positive mind set an attitude towards animals. I am a strong believer that your pet is your baby. I’m currently working part time while attempting to get my real estate license as well. This gives me a very flexible schedule to be available when needed the best times for me are between 7 AM - 10 AM and 3 PM-6 PM Monday through Friday. On occasion, I am also available on the weekends. I currently have two cats and a dog that love and play with each other deeply. I love seeing the connection that these furbabies have with not only me but each other.
