“Beau immediately liked Shannon when she came over for a meet and greet. I booked her for that following Saturday for a walk. I let her know Beau doesn't like to walk when it's hot out and so she came later in the day which was perfect. She sent me a few pictures of Beau while they were out on their walk. I will be booking Shannon again!”

About: Hi, I’m Grace! I love all animals and grew up surrounded by them and have many of my own at home! I currently have 3 dogs,3 cats, parrots, and chickens who I take care of. I have even volunteered at Haven Humane many times, so I have lots of experience with feeding, walking, playing, and grooming! I also learned how to read pet body language and manage animals with different temperaments as a volunteer. I’m good with both young pets and older ones, and am even comfortable with administering medicine if needed, as I have pets that need regular medications. Whether you have an energetic pet who needs lots of attention and walks, or one who just wants to cuddle and needs someone to sit around at home with, I will take the best possible care of them! I’m currently working part-time usually Thursday through Sunday, though my schedule varies. I’m typically available in the afternoons or evenings on these days, so I can do walks or play dates. I’m free to house sit Mondays through Wednesdays and can even stay all day if needed. When staying at your home, I always make sure to never leave pets unattended for long periods of time, always keep them leashed while on walks, will send updates and often as possible, and carefully follow all instructions including feeding or medication instructions. I will also treat your home with the most care, and make sure everything is kept clean and secure.

“Destiny has provided exceptional dog walking service for three weeks now. She was willing to take the extra steps necessary to build trust with my dog. We set up a meet and greet on a public trail and then, she came to the house to help my anxious, Copper-dog, get comfortable having her in his home. Destiny's calm, kind, grounded nature put Copper at ease immediately. I have peace of mind with Destiny walking Copper while I am away. She is responsible, reliable and a great communicator. I am so grateful to have found a dog walker I can trust with my special-needs creature.”

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
