Dogs follow a steady, predictable routine that includes outdoor time in a large fenced play area with partial shade for running and play, daily leash walks around the property, enrichment activities, and rest tailored to each dog’s individual needs and energy level. Dogs are thoughtfully matched by temperament to support a safe, comfortable environment. I have two well-socialized dogs of my own who enjoy other dogs, but interaction is always based on each visiting dog’s comfort level. If a dog prefers space or does best without other dogs, they can have a calm, low-traffic stay with minimal or no interaction. For dogs who enjoy socializing, my dogs provide friendly companionship in a supervised, relaxed setting. For dogs who do best on their own, I also offer the option of exclusive care—meaning no other client dogs will be booked during their stay. I provide regular up-dates with photos and videos, and you can check in any time to see how your pup is doing. Since I also have two dogs of my own, I carefully manage introductions and can provide fully separate accommodations with no direct contact with other dogs if needed. About: I've been training small puppies with basic dog commands and crate training since 2014. I started my petting-sitting services in Berkeley, California. I love to walk, feed, bathe, and love puppies. I recently bought a house in Reform, Alabama, and I welcome my fur friends to join my Havanese AKC Woody Ivy and me. I'm currently in my Ph.D. program at The University of Alabama. I mostly attend classes twice a week while I am on campus. On the days I am not attending class, I am at home spending quality time with my puppy, gardening, and doing fun things around my house. I believe in constantly transitioning and supervising my puppy, offering different activities day and night. We have a routine that starts at 6 am. He goes potty and has the liberty to sniff trees or go back to sleep. He eats breakfast at 7 am, goes for a walk at 8 am and 6 pm CT (4 pm CST), plays until nap at 11a, lunch/snack at 1p, plays with toys until he is ready to play fetch, and is obedient training outside, and then we people watch on our porch (which he loves to do) while I read. We do everything together! And when the night is young, he goes to bed inside his crate, next to my bed, at 9 (ish) to rest up for another day of play.

About: Ever since I can remember I have felt very deeply about animals and their wellbeing; my dream since I was a kid was to become a Vet, and so I did! Not only do I love to be around animals, but I also have the knowledge and patience to take care of their needs, healthcare, and wellbeing. I have always taken care of our family pets. The feeding, the grooming, and of course, the walks in the park and exercise :) For the past 6 years I have taken care of all my friends and relatives pets, when they go to travel, and even tend them when they get sick and need special treatment at home. Pet care fits well into my routine. I’m available for evening pet sitting and care in clients’ homes, and I also care for pets staying with me, where they aren’t left alone for long periods. On weekends, I’m available all day. I make sure pets receive consistent attention, care, and companionship so they feel comfortable and well cared for.
