About: I worked at a kennel service in high school and have cared for friends' and neighbors' animals for numerous years. I am a professional groomer working in Waterloo. I have taken an animal behavior class and a pet first aid and CPR certifying class so I can keep your pets safe and happy! I am a dog groomer, though currently unemployed. I can be home with your pet as much as they need! I typically get up between 9 and 10 but will adjust to your pet as needed! I will nurture your dog or cat's natural instincts by allowing them to play, exercise, and explore in the safest ways possible. Specifications and rules are, of course, up to you but I believe in letting the animals be animals when possible! I have education in the body language of dogs and cats and am also pet CPR and first aid certified. I work my hardest to create a comfortable experience for you and your pet while you are away.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was eight. When I turned 16 i started rescuing animals and getting them the vetting they needed. In total I rescued 27 dogs and puppies and rehomed them successful. I had to stop due to lack of funds but this is a prefect way to help dogs again! After all they truly are better than people. im free all week every week! as of currently i am not working so i figured walking dogs would be a great pass of time ! My family has 5 dogs and 2 cats. We do not have a fenced in yard so we do daily walks 3 times a day if not more and take them to the dog parks twice a week.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I can play with them, pick up after them, bathe them and make sure they’re happy and well fed. And I can take the dog on short or long walks and make sure they’re happy and safe. Also for house sitting I’ll make sure the house is clean and any messes the dog makes is cleaned up as well I’m a student at an online university, but I am taking a break from perusing my BS in forensic accounting. So I have plenty of time to watch your pets. I have two dogs that I take care of with my family. And they are well cared for and I play with them throughout the day and feed them when they need to be fed.

About: I have had the pleasure of taking care of animals my whole life. I treat each pet like a cherished family member, and not just a job. About: I have owned rodents, fish, dogs, and cats all my life. I have worked at Five acres animal shelter for 2 years, and have a few months of vet tech experience. I see our animals like they are our family. So that's how I treat them. I would spend a lot of time in your home playing, cuddling, and staying active. Any pet will be given 100% of my attention and care while we are together. I do not have day care at my home because I have other pets here that may stress out from the in and out of other animals. I look forward to meeting all of your furry babies! This is currently my only work besides being a full time mom! I can make lots of drop ins throughout the day to give lots of attention. I will follow any instructions given to me for the care in your home. I will check all doors and gates are shut and locked before leaving!

If applicable, I am starting to accept payments outside of the app before booking is set to start (can discuss in more detail during meet and greets) !! Main Pet Care Experience: I spent a year volunteering at an animal hospital which involved taking care of the boarding animals. I would also frequently help out the veterinarians and other workers. Back when I was in high school, I took a vet/animal course for 9 months. I got my first dog back in 2019 when he was a year old and I have been training him ever since along with walking him at least 3 miles a day every time I’m home. With having a dog back home, I would help take care of him every day. Now that I am in college, I still want the opportunity to take care of other pets :) I am available everyday the calendar says I’m available as long as I can step out for food and occasional errands! I have experience with dogs, cats, hamsters, and birds. No matter the pet, I will of course take into account all the requests of the client. Back home I gave my pets attention and made sure to feed them at the same time every day. I also always take note the amount of food requested by the vet depending on weight and age of pet. Every booking, my time will be fully and utterly dedicated to those pets.

About: I am an avid pet lover. I’ve been around dogs all my life (minus a short time when I lived in an apartment and couldn’t have a dog, so we decided to adopt 2 cats!). I am a pretty active gal, and am able to take dogs for walks (and even run if they want to). I'm open to drop in visits, housesitting, walks, etc. I am unable to provide boarding at my house, as our Chloe is selective about her friends. We are working with her on being more tolerant of others. If boarding is your preference, I would be open to a Chloe meet-and-greet to make sure your dog and Chloe are comfortable with each other. I work locally around Columbia, so I am able to do some petsitting during the week. I have more availability on the weekends. If my schedule allows, I can drop in on lunch to check on your pets. Your rules are my rules. As long as the dog/cat/etc. is happy, I am happy. My dogs are allowed on furniture and have the run of the house. Of course, they are not chewers and (typically) do not destroy things.

About: Hi! My name is Katie and I am 32 years old.. I have dog sat many times over the years for family and family friends. I have been obsessed with animals since before I can remember. Dogs are the key to happiness in my opinion!! I will never turn down an opportunity to pet a dog or cat if able. I will be sure to keep your dog or cat well taken care of with lots of love, potty breaks as needed and outside or inside play if they are energetic! I currently am a stay at home mom for my 1 year old, so I have flexibility and will be able to provide what’s needed for your fur baby to the best of my ability. About: I used to foster dogs. My yard is pretty big and I have a doggie door. My dogs do not mind visitors. I am off work during the summer and all major holidays. I am a teacher so I am off for the summers. When school is in session, I get off early and I am usually home before 4pm. I have a fenced in yard that can be accessed by a doggie door. I have 3 small dogs. I walk them and play with them on a regular basis. I also have 2 cats.

About: I have owned, been surrounded by, or been trusted to watch dogs for most of my life. Currently only own a cat so hoping to enjoy dogs on here until I get a dog! I currently work night shift and so I am available afternoons and weekends. I’m very flexible and would love to get to know your pet soon! I try to take advantage of walks and use them as an opportunity to burn off some energy so the pup gets a nice nap after. I will do what it takes to make sure the tail is wagging next time I walk in the door.

About: I have been around all types of pets for most of my life! I do have quite a bit of experience house training puppies and adult dogs Basic commands. I also have experience taking care of our pets when they get old and gray and need the extra little bit of help around the house. My availability is just about as open as it gets, my current job is only 4 to 8 days per month so 90% of the time I’m a stay at home dad! Willing to be as active or lazy as your pet wants! Though I do not have a fenced or large yard, the back of the property is right up against the practice ball field in Waterloo, so we will have plenty of space to run around and play in a safe environment.
