She cared for our dog Turner in her own home every day for four weeks while I was overseas visiting family and my husband was working, and the level of love, professionalism, and dedication she showed was extraordinary. Turner came into her care recovering from bronchitis, and thanks to Sarah’s 25 years of experience with dogs, she was incredibly vigilant and consistent with his medication and overall health. She kept us constantly updated and gave us so much peace of mind with clear communication and frequent photos. We always knew exactly how Turner was doing. She went above and beyond to make Turner feel at home, giving him his own bed, toys, and a loving, calm environment. Turner also struggles with separation anxiety, and under Sarah’s care and guidance he made huge progress — even with leash walking, which was a big win for him! She took him on multiple walks every day, and he came home happy, relaxed, and excited to go back to her house, which says everything. I truly cannot express how grateful we are to Sarah for taking such beautiful care of a precious member of our family. About: I love animals! I grew up with pets and have helped care for them since I was about ten years old. For the past three years I’ve been boarding pets regularly at my home :) I’m a stay at home parent, so I’m home most days all day! Occasionally I take my child to activities but I’m never gone from the house for more than 4 hours. I have a large fenced in backyard and a kid who loves animals too! About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 14, so caring for animals has been a consistent and meaningful part of my life. What started with helping friends and neighbors has grown into a real passion for providing dependable, attentive care. I also have extensive experience with rescue dogs. I’ve fostered through licensed rescues and taken in dogs I’ve personally helped rescue, which has given me a strong understanding of different temperaments—from high-energy pups to more anxious dogs that need extra patience and trust. I currently have four rescue dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable managing multiple pets while making sure each one gets the individual attention and care they deserve. I run a lively, dog-friendly home with multiple rescue dogs, so I’m very experienced in managing group dynamics, reading behavior, and making sure every dog is introduced properly and feels secure. I believe in letting dogs be dogs—getting to play, explore, and be part of a structured “pack” environment—while still maintaining clear boundaries and supervision at all times. I take introductions seriously and make sure each dog is comfortable before integrating them into the group. I’m crate-friendly and happy to follow your dog’s routine, whether that includes crating for rest, downtime, or safety. Each dog gets individual attention as well as safe social interaction, depending on their personality and needs. I have a large, secluded yard with natural tree lines, though it is not fenced. Because of that, dogs are never off-leash until I’m confident in their recall and comfort in the space. Until then, all outdoor time is supervised using a leash or long line so they can safely explore and burn energy. When caring for pets in your home, I keep their routine as consistent as possible and make sure they feel comfortable in their own space. At the end of the day, your dog isn’t just being watched—they’re being included, understood, and cared for as part of a well-managed, active environment.

About: I've always liked to rescue animals and care for them from a young age. So lots of my family and friends would bring animals to me or trust me to petsit for them. I've not only cared for dogs and cats, but also turtles, toads, and a few birds. I'm currently solely attending classes so I have plenty of availability for your pets to always feel well cared for during their stay with me! I have a fenced patio, luckily there are a few pet friendly parks that surround me. I follow any instructions given for your pet care to a T since no one knows your pet like you do. I have a housemate, but she is just as loving to any animal brought in.
