About: As someone with a relatively flexible work schedule, I am happy to tailor my care to whatever each pet needs. I am still newer to expanding my pet sitting work beyond family and friends, but excited to bring my intentional and compassionate care to you and your pet! I always treat pets as my own and before each new client, I just ask for some time to understand each pet’s personality, routine, and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved while you’re apart. As mentioned, I have a relatively flexible work schedule, as I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. I always try and intentionally structure my calendar to prioritize consistency, attention, and flexibility for whatever it is I may be doing. I am happy to work with you on a routine while apart from your pet that allows them to feel comfortable, safe, and loved while in my care! When entering a pet’s home, I really try and understand their routine as much as possible. It’s important for me to keep everything close to their normal schedule, respect their space, and offer plenty of affection and companionship. Whether it’s feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), or yard clean-up, happy to tackle whatever is best for you and your pet. About: I am a lover of all pets and have experience ranging from stopping by for bathroom breaks/feeding to overnight house sitting. I have been relied on to walk, feed, and give medication to cats and dogs. I am comfortable with all size pets. I am a young adult with no children and work 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. I am able to work from home once and month and around the holidays from September to mid-May. I work from home once a week in the summer months. I am also able to leave for lunch so I can easily pop over on my lunch break. After work, I usually just relax and go to the gym so, I would love to be accompanied by your pet! Unfortunately, someone in my household has a pet allergy, but I am more than to stay at the caregiver’s home where the pet is more comfortable. I will follow and comply to any care instructions. I respect others’ spaces and belongings and will leave your home exactly as you left it, if not cleaner (I love cleaning). I have been trusted in others home’s before and understand the significance of that trust. My goal is to keep your pet as comfortable as possible while you are away and I am happy to accommodate all needs to do so! I love cuddles and will play with them. I realize an owner’s absence is usually stressful for pets, and both you and your pet should feel like they’re in good hands!

About: I've had experience with an assortment of animals for a large part of my life. I volunteered an animal shelter in Scottsville, NY for about two years walking dogs of every size and taking care of cats. I have also housed two large German Shepherds and three Dachshunds, both of which are very demanding breeds. I currently reside in Owego, NY, and I work part-time in Endicott, NY Monday through Wednesday from 8AM to 5PM. I may provide brief surfaces on evenings these days, such as a walk or stop-in. About: Hello! My name is Shannon but most people call me Redd. I have grown up with animals my whole life, taking care of cats, dogs, fish, and many other little critters in between. I currently have two cats, both old and one blind, who I love dearly—but I miss having dogs! My first animal care job was in middle school, where I walked multiple of my neighbors dogs up until moving away after highschool. have some experience with Equine care as well from my time at Frost Valley. I also volunteer at Wild By Nurture, a small mammal rescue in Ithaca. I am currently working about 30 hours a week, and am looking to drop some of those hours to take up dog walking and odd jobs. I make sure all pet bowls are cleaned after each meal, they are fed at their scheduled times, and have access to a yard/walk/litter box. I also give them lots of love while being sure to pay attention to their body language to steer clear of any agitated/scared cats or pups. For more energetic pets, I love to run around and roughhouse with them, if that’s how they play. (I grew up with a boxer puppy, if you know you know) Any time outside is monitored at all times.

About: Since childhood, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Big, small, and everything in between. My family ran a modest farm until I was around 11, so hands on animal care has always been second nature for me. After we had to move, I found every opportunity to stay close to furry friends, from pet sitting for family and friends to caring for my own cat and frogs at home. I’m especially experienced with large dogs, including those with aggressive or anxious tendencies, and I take pride in adapting to each animal’s unique needs no matter the size. My approach is grounded, observant, and I always aim to stay respectful of routines. I’m also working toward a veterinary degree, so every pet I care for helps deepen my understanding and passion for animal care and wellbeing! Pet care is part of my everyday life. I make time for pet care daily anyways, so adding a little extra to my plate is no bother! In my home, pets get a clean, safe space with consistent routines and plenty of attention. I aim to make sure they feel comfortable and secure. In clients’ homes, I always respect their space and stick closely to instructions whether it’s walks, meds, or just keeping things calm and predictable.

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. Many different kinds, including dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, etc. I will treat your pet with love and kindness. I have a job where I make my own schedule. If you decide to board your pet with me, I will be on premises at all times. For boarding, I have a decent size fenced in back yard. I do have a 7 year old husky that has gone to daycare. He's been around a lot of different dogs. If your dog needs to be crated, I can do that as well. I am available to come feed your animal in your home. I can let them out and walk them if needed.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I've raised dogs from puppies providing training and teaching obedience. Also providing assistance to senior animals. I currently work full time, 4 days a week. I have a very flexible schedule that will allow for possible local visits during working hours. About: I am highly experienced with leash walking and keeping animals take during walks. Friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets while away on vacation or far from home! I have been the one people go to for pet sitting emergencies! I’m am home from work for the next two months so I am available anytime. Once I start back I can be available afternoons after 4pm for any needs! I live in a very rural area, which has not needed a fence or any other form of protection. In the past my family has used long leashes to let the animals explore as we walk. I am good with walking on leash, with a harness or any type of collar.

About: I have been a dog groomer on and off for the last 12 years. I have gone to school for animal science, and have been around animals my whole life. Including farm animals. I have worked with tiny to extra large dogs, i have also worked with aggressive dogs. I am able to feed early morning and evenings, I can also give medication and deal with any other medical need. I am available to have an animal stay at my house. I live in the Campville area and work in Owego. Im currently a bus driver in Owego. I work several hours in the morning with time in between and then work several hours in the afternoon. I have a beagel/Jack Russell mix and a cat that can help keep your pet company. I do have room if your pet needs to be crated.

About: Your crazy dog stories could never top mine! Dog mom of over 15 years. Currently have a 3 yr old high energy dog. Comfortable caring for any animal of any age. I love all fur babies like my own! I am currently working full-time at night, 5 nights a week. Available mostly any day prior to 3:30pm. Overnights wouldn’t be possible, but could check on your pups before & after work! I am very well versed with all doggy situations. My current situation is not ideal for a dog to come to my home, but checking on yours in their “safe” environment works best!

About: Taking care of your pets as if they were my own I understand the struggle of finding someone that you can trust and that’s dependable I work remotely and create my own schedule. I’m able to walk animals daily visit them, and feed them throughout the day if needed along with having animals here at my house. I have two friendly, very energetic dogs. I have a fenced in backyard. Animals are allowed on furniture here and free to follow me around throughout the day.

About: Aside from over 20 years of experience caring for my own family pets, I have majored veterinary science, have worked in a veterinary clinic, and have previously provided foster care for sick, injured, malnourished, pregnant, nursing, and infant dogs. As such, I am able to handle any situation that may arise with your pet. I am comfortable administering medications and treatments if needed. I am willing to provide basic grooming services such as bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning for an additional fee. I enjoy spending time outdoors, so you can be confident your dog will have plenty of walking and outdoor play time with me. I am happy to care for a wide variety of pets, not just dogs. I love all animals, but unfortunately cannot have any of my own right now, so I would love to play with yours!
