About: While I'm more used to cats, I do also love dogs. Have a dog with separation anxiety? I can keep them company for a while! I will be working part-time Monday-Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm. I will be available to watch your pets from 9:30 am-1:30 pm on those days (despite what options this site gave). On Saturdays and Sundays I'll be available from 3 pm-8 pm. If I am unable to watch a pet at any time, I will let you know ahead of time by at least a few days. I currently own a cat, Higgins, who is a big lovebug and fairly food motivated. I've been in charge of feeding him breakfast and dinner since we rescued him in 2015, along with scooping his litterbox. He's also needed nightly medication for some stomach issues, so I have experience giving him a pill. I can feed your pet, clean up after them whether they have a set schedule or not, and provide medication if necessary.

About: I’m reducing my current job schedule to part time as a mental health therapist in order to engage in my passions. With this in mind, I would love to direct my empathy, patience, and connection towards any animal(s). I currently own 3 cats and would want nothing but the best for them if I were to be away and so I will use this as my guide when keeping care of your pets. I have been around animals most of my life and have taken care of dogs, and cats primarily for family, friends, and strangers throughout my career experience. This is my first time on an app so please feel free to ask any other questions as it is welcomed! I’m currently working part time with a flexible schedule so I would like to say I am very flexible and can work with most schedules at this time. I live by treating others the way you want to be treated, so if I am at someone else’s home, I will be respectful on the space and property. I will be taking care of and treating your animals as if they are mine and will make sure to bring them some comfort while they’re guardian(s) are away!

About: My family always had dogs and cats while I was growing up. I sorted the pictures of the dogs I have known the longest to the shortest, with a photo of me at The Hemingway House in Key West FLA petting a cat. First is my childhood dog named Fezz who passed away in 2020. Second is my brothers beagle, Jack. Next is an old friend’s tan Pitbull named Louise. Then there is my dad’s white puppy named Piggie. The next photos are my friend Andy’s dogs. Two Bully Breeds. The white one is Biggie and the grey one is Gianna. I have watched them a few times and I walk them together. Biggie is a rescue and is considered a high risk dog. He has bit 10+ people, but he loves me so much and is very comfortable around me. I wouldn’t say I’m a dog whisperer, but I certainly have a way with dogs. I have watched my brother’s beagle as well a few times. When I lived in CO (about a decade ago) I watched a German Shepherd and an Alaskan Malamute. They were a handful and hard to walk together as they were both pretty big and strong, but I was still able to do it. I work remote doing life and health insurance, so I’m just looking for a side job to supplement my income until I build my book of business up. I could watch them at my house as I have a huge fenced in yard, but I would rather meet the animal at home where it’s most comfortable for them. When I watch Andy’s dogs, I watch them at his house.

About: I currently have 3 dogs, and a young child in the home. I have had dogs and taken care of them since I was 3 years old. Also have/had other animals such as horses, goats, cats, fish, hermit crabs, chickens, and ducks. Flexible schedule. Love taking the dogs for walks, weather permitting. Some toys and an area to run are the perfect combination to tire out your pooch. Sick pupper? Don't worry I will gladly watch over the poor thing with lots of snuggles. Have an energizer bunny? Weather permitting we will go for a long walk. Don't mind another dog in your home? I can bring my pupper with me so they can play the day away. No pup too big, no pup too small. You won't regret considering me. (: NOTE: There will be a $30 flat for any location that is over a 25 minute drive. I'm currently working full time as a construction flagger. I'm mostly available on holidays and December to April. Possible pick up and drop off for boarding available but will vary by day. I have tie outs available and 3 dogs for the pups to play with. I can easily contain your dog separately, however if they use an actual crate I recommend bringing it for me to setup in my home.

About: Hi there, I’m Brittany. Animals make me happy. When I see a pet, I see a child. They are a member of the family. They have the sweetest souls and biggest hearts and I wouldn’t treat them any other way. I have one dog and I was raised with 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have always been an animal lover and I always will be. Every day I take my dog on at least one walk and many times I walk him multiple times per day. I treat my fur babies like family and how I would want to be treated. I am not only here to help you during your busy schedule but to become a friend to you and your fur baby. To house sit during longer durations, I can travel to anywhere. I would love to bring my golden retriever with me if your pets like to socialize and make new friends, he loves other dogs and gets along with them great, he is very social and has been to many dog parks and households with pets, but if not that is ok and my mom can help me care for him while I am gone. Also, I have a boyfriend that loves animals and has 2 children of his own, I would love if he could come hang out with me during my stay if the family was comfortable with it, but if not I can leave and visit him from time to time at his house. For drop in visits, I can assist at my base rate within a 7 mile radius and if it exceeds that I will ask for an additional rate to help with gas reimbursement towards a further commute. About: I’ve never not had a dog in my life. Currently I have a turtle, 2 dogs and I watch my bosses dog all the time. I’ve always been good at taking care of animals and sensing their emotions and things they may need. I have a zoom class Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 6. I work Thursday - Friday but I can work visits or walks in between shifts. I’m very familiar with all different types of needs for your animal(s). I’ve crate trained dogs my whole life, I’m very experience in walking dogs, I walk strong pit bulls on a daily basis so any size I can handle.

About: I am an animal lover who has trained and cared for a variety of species since an early age. I have experience with dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs/cavies, chickens, pigeons, goats, sheep, pigs, cattle, and horses, though I have primarily focused on the first eight species listed. I have shown poultry and rabbits in 4-H and at national-level shows, and I have a heart for both pet and exhibition or working animals. Large dogs or creatures that need a little extra coaxing or finesse do not phase me. My current living situation does not allow me to own pets, so I am hoping to serve pet owners through Rover while also satisfying my love of animals. My husband and I recently moved back to Hillsdale (we were students at the college a couple years ago). I will be entering the Graduate School of Classical Education in fall 2024. I'm currently a stay-at-home mom to my 9-month-old son, which means I have a pretty flexible schedule. I expect to have enough flexibility to engage in pet care even after I start school this fall. I care for all pets calmly, gently, firmly, flexibly, and with attention to detail. Safety is a top concern, whether it involves making sure all doors or gates are closed securely, keeping dogs on-leash until I know them well enough, double-checking the kind and amount of food I am giving a cat, handling a rabbit in a way that protects its vulnerable spine, etc. I greatly appreciate well-trained animals, and I enjoy training them, but I am very willing to work with young and less-trained animals, too.

About: I have grown up on a farm my entire life and absolutely love animals. I have 3 dogs a Shih Tzu, Austrian Shepard, and English Shepard, so I have worked with a few different sizes and energy levels. I also have lots of cats that I absolutely adore. In addition, I have taken care of some family friend pets and loved it so I thought I would give this a shot! I’m currently in college and I am missing my pets. My workload is pretty light right now so I thought l this would be a great way to use my time and hopefully I can save a little as well. About: My animal experience began as a child, having MANY cats, dogs of various sizes, bunnies, hamsters, Guinea pigs, turtles, and more as pets! As an adult I now have Siberian Huskies, German Shepherds, and a few large breed mixes. My boyfriend and I also raise Siberian Huskies and GSD’s. I currently have dogs, cats, a tortoise, and a few different wildlife species. In terms of professional experience, I have been working as a veterinary assistant for the past ten years, and am currently a veterinary surgical assistant in Jackson. In my “spare” time, I foster animals for JCAS and do some wildlife rehabilitation work! I am comfortable caring for all species of animals, with any special need! Pet care is literally my entire life. I work ten hour days as a veterinary assistant, and then come home and take care of the animals at my home. It’s my passion and gives me purpose. I care for other peoples pets as if they are my own babies. I follow instructions well, so will be sure to perform appropriate tasks and feedings exactly as the pet parents prefer.
