“My husband and I felt so comfortable leaving our two little puppies with Dragana, we drove out west from Michigan for a concert at Red Rocks and left Annie Lee and William for the night. It was a great experience for us and for the puppies. Dragana sent pictures and videos of our puppies to us throughout the night to help calm our nerves. When we picked Annie Lee and William up in the morning they were very happy. I would definitely leave any of my dogs with Dragana in the future!!!! Thank you so much Dragana!!!!!”

“Out 1 1/2 year old loved staying with Chris! He’s very knowledgeable about different breeds and what to expect from them. He has a big fenced in back yard. Franklin was right at home while he was there!! We will definitely be sending him there again.”

“Catherine took great care of our puppy and her pups are the sweetest! She made sure our pup got to meet her and her dogs in advance and our pup was excited to go stay which is great since she’s a little shy. We’ll definitely have Mabel go stay again!”

About: With over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages and breeds, I bring a lifetime of dedication, reliability, and deep animal understanding to every visit. What sets me apart is not just my longevity in the field, but the personalized attention and calm, confident care I provide. From energetic puppies needing structure and training, to senior pets requiring patience, medication, and gentle handling—I’ve done it all. I specialize in reading animal behavior, easing anxiety in shy or rescue pets, and creating a safe, loving environment while you’re away. Your pet’s routine, health, and happiness are always my top priority. Whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, special needs care, or just keeping your pets company, you can count on me to treat them like family—because to me, they are. Pet care is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily and weekly routine. I structure my schedule around feeding times, medication needs, play sessions, and quiet companionship, ensuring each pet receives the attention and consistency they thrive on. Whether it’s early morning visits, midday check-ins, or evening routines, I prioritize each pet’s comfort and well-being as if they were my own. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s woven into my lifestyle, bringing joy, purpose, and a calming rhythm to each day. I have a large fenced in backyard that has ample room to run and play. I also have a Great Dane who loves all animals. In my clients’ homes, I provide personalized, stress-free care that keeps pets comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely—whether that includes feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or cuddle sessions—ensuring they feel secure and cared for in your absence. I keep things tidy, stick to household rules, and maintain open communication with daily updates and photos. My goal is to create a calm, consistent presence that pets trust and look forward to, so you can travel or work worry-free knowing they’re in capable, loving hands.

“Kayla was great with our 2 extra hyper and spoiled dogs. She sent us lots of pictures over the weekend which made us feel at ease since this was the first time we had left them with anyone other than a close friend. I will definitely use Kayla again.”

About: I have two years of veterinary assistant experience as well as the experience of owning my own pets. I have assisted in pre-and post operative care as well as recovery. I also have experience with day to day activities such as administering medications, sublax injections, feeding schedules, and exercise. I am currently self employed and I own 6 pets! My schedule is VERY flexible and allows for adequate animal care required for walks or boarding! Providing a safe and reliable environment is my baseline for working with your furbabies. Pets are family and I understand the love and compassion we have for our furry friends. For boarding, we have a doggie door that leads to a fenced in backyard. We manually feed twice a day with Purina Pro. If you would like different food, please provide. Feeding schedules for boarding is able to be altered according to your dog’s needs. We do have a XL dog crate as well if you want them crated at night or when I am not home. I am home majority of the day and only leave for errands. However, our dogs do not need to be crated and cats have access to the doggie door 100% of the time and they sleep with us so if you allow that, they will be free rein indoors at night! I do take my dogs on walks daily so if you would like your dogs to also go on daily walks while being boarded, just let me know—no extra charge since I’m already walking my babies! Meet and Greets for Boarding will be conducted at my house so you can see where your doggie will be staying! For Pet Sitting, I find it best to work around your specific situations and needs! We can discuss at meet and greet on rules for household and feeding schedules, any allergies, etc. Meet and Greets for pet sitting are conducted at your place of residence to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for meeting your furbabies. It also allows you to show me where you store food, toys, treats, etc.

“We couldn't take our fur baby on a weekend trip. We'd talked about boarding him but we don't even own a kennel. I didn't want him being left in a kennel all weekend and only being let out a few times a day. Thankfully a coworker recommended rover.com and we found Sarah. She kept us updated on how he was doing and sent pictures. Highly recommend and plan on using again in the future.”

“We are so happy we had Taylor watch our Golden Retriever, Maple! Taylor checked in with us once a day with photo updates of Maple and her Golden, Sadie. It looked like they were having so much fun, we were worried Maple wasn’t going to want to come back home! Everything went so well - we totally recommend Taylor!”

“Our pup seemed to have an amazing time staying with April and her family! I got frequent updates with pics and was so happy Tucker was able to spend the weekend in a home with another dog and kiddos so he wasn’t too bummed to be away from home. Highly recommend! ?”

“We boarded our pup Izzy with Angie and her family while were went on a vacation for 11 days. I received pictures and updates throughout the time Izzy stayed with them. She was well cared for and loved everyday. Knowing that our little girl was being taken so well care gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our time away. I would recommend Angie if you are in need of someone to board your pup.”

About: Hi! My name is Ali H. I have a 13 year old poodle that my family and I raised and trained. I have watched dogs since I was 10 (I will be 21 in November) and it is one of my favorite things to do! I have watched puppy from the age of 10 weeks all the way up to senior dogs. I have taken care of dog with many health problems. Since I live more in the country my dog and I normally go for walks about twice a week and we play in my yard everyday! Dogs in my house are treated like family. We make sure they are loved and cuddled everyday. And of course they sleep with us at night! We also love taking my dog for cars rides and spending time with other dogs to make sure she is socializing!

About: I have completed countless hours of training and grooming with dogs. I am certified with the American Red Cross to provide if needed Canine CPR. I am able to provide day care and boarding needs to pet parents. I have had countless hours in training on canine behaviors and temperaments. I will provide care for your pet while you are away. I will always treat them as if they are my own. We have a very large fenced yard for your pet to run in while you are away. If its cold outside we do have an area indoors.

“I needed someone to watch my Doggies while I was at a Chiefs’ game and Ismaray came through. I have to be careful who I leave my dogs with because they both come from challenging backgrounds and they don’t react well to everyone. I’m always nervous when I leave them with someone on vacation, but I take them with me on a lot of my trips. Not everything I do is dog friendly so that’s when Rover comes in handy. Both of my Pups liked Ismaray from the start, I was surprised to see them so relaxed and comfortable with her. They were both on her lap soon after I dropped them off and she sent me lots of pictures to ease my mind and enjoy The Chiefs’ game. She definitely has a way with Doggies and will be my Dog Sitter any time I’m in St Joseph/Kansas City.”

About: I have watched my families cats/dog when they have went out of town, go over feed and water them. Play with them. Give them medicine as prescribed. I currently work from home. So I am able to let your fur baby out for a potty break when needed. As mine always lets me know when she needs out. I do have a pet door where the pups can go out to a small fenced yard if they are used to this also. I have a small fenced yard but also a large unfenced yard to run. We are approximately 1/4 mile off the road so no worries with traffic. I am always outside with my animals if they are outside the fenced area as sometimes we like to run and play more. I can keep anyone seperate if needed and crated if needed also.

About: I have grown up loving animals and taking care of family pets, and my own pets. I have dog sat for friends on occasion. I have a big heart and love to care for little fur babies. I personally have 2 dogs and 3 cats and 3 lizards, and my family just keeps growing. I have open availability and can come and care for your animals at most times! My schedule is currently open for boarding, sitting, walking and drop ins. I unfortunately will only board other males under certain circumstances. Our male dog gets a little territorial when it comes to males but not with females. But, still reach out and we can talk about it! My husband and I moved into a house recently with a large backyard which our dogs are in love with. We take our dogs on walks every day and love to play and engage with them.
